very nice and clean

The staff work so hard to keep the shelves stocked and the aisles clear...I am a 69 year old combat veteran and I need a little more space when I shop and other stores (not just HD) always putting things in the aisle for whatever reasons...very helpful and friendly.

I had to place a large order and was assisted by a woman named Lydia G. She made the experience smooth, seamless, and easy. This is the second time I placed such an order and both times were with her and both times my expectations were exceeded. The store was clean, the shelves stocked well (except for lumber from the Covid-19 shortage) and the other associates were ok but I really must say that if you're at league city and need to place a large order, seek her out (Pro area). Her customer service was just that good!

I have been to this location on numerous occasions and in most instances everyone is very helpful and I tend to be in and out. This most recent time though there was a price discrepancy, and the store refused to honor the price that was labeled. I was purchasing 7 boards for my windows at home for the upcoming hurricane seasons, they were clearly marked as $11.36 a board, when the cashier rang them up it came out as $16.77, when I told them of the problem they called someone who agreed with the $16.77. I wanted them to follow me though so I could show them the boards I had grabbed along with the price tag that was on it. In the end they discounted half the boards but I was still overcharged for the rest. If a store is not going to honor the price that is labeled they need to make sure to change their labels.

The store was clean and orderly. Samantha H. was awesome getting the quote and items I needed.

Avoid this location! Employees are unhappy, unfriendly, make you checkout your own purchases yourself at self check and run away to avoid assisting you. Act like they do not know anything about their products so they do not need to be bothered.

First of all, HELP was READILY AVAILABLE! Second, Oscar A. and Mario went out of their way to help. I was in the market for a new Honda lawn mower and was looking for a sale price. They suggested I look at several which were either "demo" or discontinued models, and while they were possibilities, they did not meet my criteria. Finally, both gentlemen helped me load the boxed new mower on to the cart and subsequently helped me load it into my truck. Doing their job? Absolutely, but they did it with a genuine smile. Great staff at this store!

Art in the tool section is HILARIOUS! And he will go above and beyond to help you out. If it weren’t for him, we would’ve gone to another store to buy a cheaper toolbox. His manager could’ve atleast come down on the price of our toolbox a bit more though because they couldn’t find the keys to our toolbox anywhere in the store, so now we’ll have to pay a locksmith to come out and re-key it so that we can lock it. Still a bit upset about that. But we wanted to buy there regardless because Art was so helpful and down to earth.

You will not find a better Home Depot to spend your hard earned money, and to get the items you need! I was very impressed with the associates who helped me with my list, plus as a bonus got free professional advise with my project.

I wanted to purchase (2) 160QT latching tote w/wheels (SKU#073149146748) in the standard stocking area however the lids that were staged above them in this area did not fit correctly on these. I asked two employees that were standing near by talking if there was any additional lids that would fit these in this store. One of the employees went to the front and on the end-cap of this same aisle was these same totes however he was only able to locate only (1) correct size lid. I suggested to him to remove the incorrect lids that was there so nobody else would grab the incorrect size lid and he informed me that he had notified a manager to get this done in both areas (the regular stocking area and the end cap). As I was about to check out I noticed additional totes of this same one in the area where the Christmas stuff use to be. In this area I found additional correct size lids for the second tote ; which I needed a quantity of (2). I notified this same employee that I now found the correct additional lids ; if he wanted to move them to the other areas where these totes were ; but seemed to be not concerned. I also informed the person at the checkout of the area where the correct lids were and pointed it out to her ; but was also not concerned. I was concerned that other customers that wanted this specific tote and just grabbed the lids that were staged in the stocking area and the end-cap and didn't actually put it on the tote ; then got home and discovered the incorrect size lid.

DO NOT SHOP OR BY ANYTHING FROM THIS HOME DEPOT; VERY POOR SERVICE AND NONE OF THE MANAGERS HELP YOU; NO ONE WILL ANSWER YOUR PHONE !!!!!! MANY OTHER STORES; GO THERE BUT HOME DEPOT

Rarely do I not find what I need at the League City Towne Center Home Depot ... where it's always on the floor and I'm quickly out the door! Never a lack for help when it's needed, and no long lines. When I've got a project, it's my one-stop!

This store is very clean and organized.

Everything is well organized and I can find the products I need and if I need help there is always someone around .

Had to return an item and waited 15 minutes to do so because there was one employee (Cynthia) at return desk and she was dealing with a pick up problem apparently. Asked her After 15 minutes of waiting) to get back up Personnel to come help which she first declined to do. After insisting she finally did. What we got was a rude assistant mgr by the name of Diane who treated us ( myself and the other gentleman in line) as if “how dare you” call me up here. She even stated “ I am busy running the rest of this store”. Unbelievably rude service. When my return was finished I thanked Diane. She turned around and walked off without a word. I will avoid this particular location at all cost

Store was clean. “Johnny” in paint took excellent care of me. Also I appreciate the fact that Home Depot allows pets
