Excellent customer service. All shelves label and store stock placed under appropriate labeling. All store representatives wearing their name tags identifying who they are. Store representatives are respectful and always attentive to the customers needs. The store is neat and clean. Excellent location for where I live.

Nice and big store with good inventory

Only complaint is I would like to see more Milwaukee products. Other then that most employees are helpful and the store is really clean. I know a lot about tools and hardware but not so good with paint. Today I had the best experience with Jenn. She actually stopped what she was doing walked me over and suggested the right item (I had one that had a really strong smell and this one was better for inside) I’m extremely grateful for that because I get migraines from strong smells and my son has asthma. She did not act bothered like most people I have dealt with in the past has. Thank you so much Jenn! Also the man that helped me check out was so nice and happy (I didn’t get his name, he was at self checkout. But he put a smile on my face with his upbeat happy attitude. I had a very good experience their tonight. My husband already has trouble keeping me out but I’ll definitely be there more now lol. Especially if y’all get more Milwaukee tools!

The store was busy but a salesman was happy to help us out with our purchase for a new refrigerator. He didn’t even work in that particular area but he helped us out anyway. He was very friendly and helpful. Thanks

Had a great experience. A store employee helped me find the item I was looking for, and it was on a high shelf and was heavy. She quickly found the item, and got a lift and quickly brought the item down. What could've taken an hour took all of about 10 minutes.

This is the best home depot in the Area.. Store shelves are laid out properly and items are easy to find. Employees will engage customers and very eager to help. Only drawback, the mask policy sign out front is NOT enforced. So I believe they should take the mask policy sign down.

The greeter was pleasant, the gentleman in the area to purchase doors was abrupt, rude and appeared to be irritated and made us feel as if we were inconvenience to him. We needed to purchase other items, however, after he loaded the doors on the cart and I turned around to ask him another questions he was gone. Extremely rude.

Clean store and employees are very helpful

It was very easy to find everything I needed using the Home Depot app on my iPhone. Each was listed with the Aisle and Bin No., which made shopping very quick and easy.

This Home Depot does have friendly people . The helpful friendly lady in the large appliances was very helpful. I love your store much better. Thought I was doing survey for a different location at 1st during the question part of the survey. Realised too late which one it was. Went to both that day. League City store is doing it best!

Kim in appliances was awesome. She went above and beyond. She was very patient and took the time to help me find all of the appliances I was looking for. It was a daunting task with so much out of stock and on backorder. Today was her 2nd day trying to help me. I will definitely come back to shop because of her.

Great store. Friendly and knowledgeable associates. Associate (Zach B) helped me find items that I could not locate on my own. Cashier (Debra) was very friendly and efficient.

Great customer service from the person staffing the Garden section check-out. Donald asked if he could be of assistance and I answered with a question regarding the location of the items I was there to purchase and even though those items were not in his assigned area his directions took me straight to the items, making my day more productive time wise and stress wise.
