I purchased a barbecue grill That was completely shrink-wrapped and when I brought it home and set it up the entire insides of it was completely gone. I returned it and got a total attitude. I also purchased a washer and dryer at the end of June. I was promised it would be delivered July 10th. I was just informed that it will be delivered towards the end of August now. And they had every excuse in the world to why it would be this way. So I went and got my money back. The associates at the store were beyond rude and the manager refused to even come out and speak with us

Bought over $1600 worth of windows today, the woman working that department was less than helpful. However, she "disappeared" and we needed to get widows down from the top shelf. There was a young employee named Rocky, who was absolutely awesome, he came over from another department, helped us locate all the windows we needed as we had to match them because they didn't have them all the same type. He got them down off. the the top shelves, helped load them on to carts, etc.He was very polite and nice. They need more employees like him.

Neat, clean and good costumer service

Spent most of two hours purchasing 54 bundles of shingles and other roofing materials (approx $2200 worth). Was told that it would be the next morning before all the items would be gathered and palleted for pick up. Next day was told that they no longer had the shingles. Apparently they lied about having them in stock or they sold them to someone else after selling them to me. Spent an additional hour changing the order to a different shingle and then spent two hours waiting for them to get a forklift to load the order. Once they had the money, they didn't care. Manager on duty was no help.

Was a great experience even with the coronavirus pandemic in process.

My husband and I really enjoy and appreciate our hometown Home Depot. Our store has a wide variety and selection of outdoor flowers and gardening supplies which help to make our shopping experience a short and happy one, and our gardening projects well-tended and looking like they were put together by a pro.

I really appreciate the entire staff going above and beyond during this COVID-19 crisis. I want to personally that each and every Home Depot employee for doing what they do.

If you know what you need, they usually have it. If you need assistance selecting the correct product go elsewhere, they hire well meaning but incompetent employees that will allow you to waste your money and then not allow returns.

I always enjoy my visit to this home depot because the employees are always extremely helpful and have great attitudes.

I’ve been a frequent shopper at Home Depot for several years, so I know where mostly everything is located in the store and very seldom require assistance. This particular day I was in the store walking up and down the isles trying to locate my list of desired products - I was approached by a new store associate named SJ who was insistent and explained how it’s his job to aid me in locating my items. This gentleman was young, professional and had an aura of positive energy. Thanks again SJ!

Associates are knowledgeable as to other neighborhood stores/competition. Always courteous and clean. I've done several home remodeling projects and prefer this store for the simple fact is the associates. Keep up the great job!

While trying to get products to get to my job. No one was in paint . The manager of paint department was called 2 to 3 times that I needed assistance and he would try to find someone else to do what he should be doing instead of just standing there JR needs to reevaluate his manager position if he isnt going to do his job. Never once did he even come back there and explain. Over an hr waiting for someone. So rude
