I appreciate the wonderful friendly customer service provided by our cashier Haylee. This young lady had a positive attitude, made eye contact and had a smile on her face. She thanked us for our purchase and asked if we needed assistance loading everything in out vehicle. She is a gold standard type of employee that will have a positive influence on customers and other employees. With customer service hard to come by these days this employee should be rewarded for her work ethic.

Always great experience at this location. Friendly customer service with a smile. I do feel the in-store mask mandate needs to be changed. Its been a year and if we do not get a few businesses to take a stand we will be wearing mask forever. Not my idea of fun.

I been doing business here for sometime. I’m mother and I I’m involved in lot of sports and activities with them. When we have projects to do that benefits the teams the kids or schools. This store have been the most generous and helping out our little projects. Thank you for giving back to the community. I think my five stars cover all the review guidelines.

It was a wonderful young woman named Rose she was so helpful. She helped me with a my purchase and was really kind and nice and knowledgeable. I wish they were all like her.

The Lawton is always very clean. All of the employees were very friendly. Our interaction was with “Doors” section. The sales person “MSM8TL” was helpful from the beginning last Friday until the completion of the sale today. She was very helpful telling us which door and screen door is best. The fact that she knows the product is remarkable.

I have always had a good experience at this Lawton, Oklahoma Home Depot . Great customer service and very military and veteran friendly. I appreciate the military discount. I only use this location to buy my Home improvement needs. I would love to donate three Purple Heart/Combat Wounded parking signs to this Home Depot location. Lawton is a very veteran friendly town and this would show that Home Depot, Lawton supports its veterans.

I have always enjoyed shopping at Home Depot. I buy many items on a regular basis there. The Employee's have always helped me find and or locate what I was looking for.

All the items I needed were in stocks. The employees were a great help.Prices were in line with the other stores.

The only thing I would change about your Lawton store, I would put the Rest Rooms in front of store. My wife and I are in our 70's so a convenient restroom are a great help :)

Love this store. There were more associates to help you did not have to go hunting down all the isles to find someone. Store is well displayed and clean... that means everything. I believe I get better deals here than at the other one up the road. Your Associate Jessica is simply one of the best to ever help me, she took her time to explain the difference in the product I was looking to purchase. I do not know her title but she deserves a promotion! all could learn from her willing ability to assist.

The store is usually organized. Usually have everything I need in stock. The staff is usually Very helpful and if it’s not in stock they can usually look online for you at the store.

From the time we entered the store all employees were curtious and willing to help. Employees took materials to the front and helped load everything.

Friendly customer service as well as knowledgeable. Store was clean and well organized. Only set back was price of lumber, may be my mistake but I certainly recall it being much cheaper... guess that was before the pandemic though so it's logical it would go up however. Take it as it is. I am pleased with my visit and will shop there again.

This is a great hardware store. The employees are very helpful here and they have plenty of employees to help whenever you need help. The checkout experience is always easy and quick. The store is well organized and clean.

Garden Center associate "Debbie" was a delight to encounter today when I visited and purchased 2 large stoneware planters. I usually experience friendly and helpful people in the Garden Center Dept of Lawton's Home Depot.
