This is my neighborhood store every time I go there the store is always clean the employees are always friendly and greet you as you enter the store and they always have what I need in stock

I was helping my folks get a new washing machine, and we went to this store as it was the closest. The associate, Dianna, was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful with us. She made suggestions and helped us stay within our price range. She did not try to push the super high-end machines at all. Dianna was very patient and went over all the paperwork with us, and even walked us to the front door when we were leaving! SO sweet!

Gwendolyn was excellent and very personable

Every time I go into this location I can NEVER find someone to help me. I have gotten more help from other customers than the employees that work there.

Each and every time I enter your store I get excellent customer service from one of your head cashiers by the name of Maddie. She is afriendly and knowledgeable cashier.

1) Found what i was looking for 2) was not able to get assistance i felt i deserved from the cashier in the garden center on Wed, Nov 7, 2018 at 3:20pm "Porsche" name on receipt 3) store was near and clean 4) only had consistent contact with one employee other employees in passing were cordial

The employees went out of their way to help us and apologized for the inconvenience of our wait time! The manager offered us a free drink during our wait and also gave us a discount! We were amazed by how friendly they were! Way to go Home Depot!

one employee was rude and unconscious. Katina skipped a customer who had been waiting only to serve another who did not spend more than a minute in line. This gentleman was of the same racial ethnicity as her and spoke English and the gentleman skipped was of a different ethnicity and spoke little English. She clearly discriminated this other person. When I questioned her. Her response was “I know my job thank you” when I asked her for a manager she laughed at it and continued scanning the other gentleman’s products.

I really like my neighborhood Home depot, its convenient to where I live. I can always find what I need.

Store was clean, tidy and it was quite easy to locate items. Staff were quite helpful

I was very pleased with the workers at this store. The cashier called for help which was nice. Moments after, I quickly got help with 22 bags of topsoil and mulch. I was very grateful for Dre and Marc-Anthony to help me load them in my truck. These two young men were very nice and willing to help me. There manager came out to check on me too which was nice.

Don't waste your time here. Dirty and horrible service. Go to the Bowie store instead.

It is convenient, with convenient hours, and usually well stocked. Most days there are plenty of staff to help you. there is also the option of self checkout or assisted checkout, and cashiers are usually very amenable. When I've gone to the store there are sometimes unannounced specials. I have also purchased online and picked up in store, so like that it saves time. Customer service is usually helpful, and returns are easy enough.

I like the lanham Home Depot store and employees also angel is the best
