Associate were really nice and the store was clean

This location has a friendly staff, but is often low on stock (specifically hardware and lumber) and sometimes messy.

Very helpful and courteous associates and items are easy to find.

Great customer service, affordable prices of all products and presence of any product.

Right now I wouldn’t recommend any HD! The “computer” wouldn’t allow me to return a drill I’d bought earlier in the day even with a receipt. Now I’m told I can’t return it at all! Because I return a lot of items w/o a receipt the system flagged me! May be because I’ve spent thousands of dollars this year alone on home improvement projects and I’m terrible at keeping receipts to the end of a project. I return unused items and I get store credit because I know I’m just going to spend more money there...until now. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible customer service! It’s like I’m being treated like I stole something! They won’t get another penny from me!

The store is always neat and well stock. Employees are always friendly and helpful .The employees was always there for you.They would walk with you to find the item you are looking for. I would RECOMMEND THIS STORE.

While shopping for lawn bags, I was terrified to go outdoors where they are kept. I'm scared of birds and I explained this to Gwen (super friendly associate) we laughed and without hesitation Gwen stopped what she was doing and retrieved the bags. I can't think her enough. I'm am truly grateful and Gwen is the epitome of stellar customer service.

Steve was responsive and extremely helpful with assisting me in the appliance area. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. He walked me through the pros and cons of the appliances that I liked. It was absolutely refreshing to have someone who was so customer service oriented and concerned about my satisfaction in the products that I selected. I appreciated his enthusiasm.

Store was particularly cleaner compared to others. Loved the Pro Desk employee, Emely. She was very helpful 10/10 would go back. Low on some items but employees will help you find if any other stores have any particular item.

Yolanda help me with all my question in the garden center she was very informative and helpful. Victoria was helpful and greeted me with a smile .

I like this store because its near home and some associates are very nice.

Both management and employees provide excellent customer service during these trying times of COVID19. You can see during the COVID 19 Home Depot put in measures to protect both employee and its customers. Keep up the good work and outstanding customer service I experienced during my visit.

Customer Service was Awesome.

If you are going into the store that is the best option. I placed an online order for curbside pick up that was not touched for 3 days then items were being canceled from my order due to there being no more in stock. Once at the Home Depot the lovely cashier informed me that they could only fulfill 3 of my 10 items. Which was different then what I was told and hour earlier over the phone when i was told I just had to come to the store for my order to be completed to to the larger items purchased. I have shopped at this location a few time now and this is by far the worst and slowest service I have received.

I do not recommend this store at this time due to a lack of good customer service, knowledge of products that they sale, nor friendly attitudes toward customers. Managers and Employees are not knowledgable about their own products. Neither are they easily approached when seeking help!

While the employees are friendly, this store has a history of discrepancies between online inventory and what's actually present in the store. The store may appear to clean but when looking for a specific piece of hardware often you'll find products has been stuffed into incorrect locations. In hardware, plumbing, tools, and electrical, I've had to devote significant time to sort through haphazardly stowed items to get what I needed, if it's even available. Most recently, I've experienced delays due to the front doors being locked well before the posted closing time and then had paint counter employees refuse to stop socializing to mix a single gallon of paint because it was too close to closing time. I would have had more time if the doors were open as they should have been and there was still 7 minutes before the posted closing time even after I got to the paint counter. During a pandemic it's important to minimize exposure for public safety and I was there for essential work-related materials. The employees at Home Depot made it necessary to double the exposure with a second visit to another store. When I consider the time I've lost and compromised deadlines due to this location (compared to other stores), I think Home Depot owes me a paid vacation.

Terrible customer service! However, if you're a customer who comes to the store with a large derriere, I guarantee you'll get ALL the attention you need.

All seems right thus far.
