Terrible customer service. Returning items is difficult and now very inconvenient.

The store is organized and well-stocked. While it took me sometime to find the product I needed, a staff member, who was stocking as shelf, helped me. It was a little busy due to the 4th of July weekend. Overall, though, the store was clean as well.

Home Depot is my favorite home improvement store. I like the quality of the items they sell, the pricing is fair and the staff is always very helpful.

Clean store, friendly service people, nothing to cause a bad light to shine on Home Depot. These traits are missing these days and I won't buy from a store that can't .. at least .. give me that. Home depot checks those boxes.

I have shopped here many times and never have a problem. I can find everything I need and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Store employees in general very nice. But Brittany in flooring was exceptionally smart and helpful. Due to her knowledge we bought from this store instead of elsewhere.

Curbside pickup? Here's what will happen. You will make the mistake of going online ordering your products. You'll get a text stating that it is ready for pickup. You'll go inside to pick a double hung door 72"x80". The customer service rep will look for 5 minutes inside this little bin and can't seem to locate it. You will then need to tell them that unless it's a "just add water" type of product it won't fit inside of that little bin. They then send you outside to wait for 20 more minutes while they scramble around to tell you that you drove 45 minutes to their store waited 30 minutes and they don't have your door in stock. They will then call a different store to try and verify that they have one for you. They will then cancel your order. Paypal will confirm the cancellation and refund. But wait there's more you'll then go to the other store and actually pay for and get the door you needed after waiting 20 minutes there. Not done yet. 3 days later the Home Depot that screwed up the first order will then bill you through Paypal 600 bucks for the door you never got! So you get to spend 2 hours on the phone with Home Depot as they blame Paypal and Paypal blames Home Depot all the while I'm still out 600 dollars.

The store is nice and Associates you're very helpful. Kudos to Erin for helping me today. She doesn't know that I'm here all the time and rather than just assuming I know where to go she offered right away to take me somewhere.

The LANCASTER, PA store #4131 is conveniently located, very clean and organized, and well stocked. The staff members are pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. When you go to Home Depot you feel confident in finding what you're seeking for a very reasonable price. In addition to that, you will also leave the store knowing how to use and care for what you have purchased, and be given the names of professionals that will help you with your purchase after you get home, if you want or need additional assistance.

George at the Paint area was really great,fast,efficient and pleasant.Anideal employee. Also ditto for the checkout lady.

This Home Depot in Lancaster has always been very courteous and helpful to me. I do most of my shopping for my remodeling and home repair projects at this Home Depot.

I'm writing this review for two reasons, one good & one not so good. It may be a little long but I'll do my best to explain. For the past 10 years my wife & I have been renovating & remodeling our entire home, from top to bottom including the roof & the basement will be last. Our favorite go to is the Home Depot on Fruitville pk in Lancaster. We love the store we're almost always satisfied with our shopping experience there except for there was an incident there this past Sunday 4/25/21. We went there to get a new garbage disposal & a few other items as usual plus do a little window shopping for new ideas. It's our favorite place to look around. It was about 2pm & my wife said she needed to use the restroom so we went to the back of the store & I waited in the isle right across from the restroom area with a cart, her purse & just trying to stay out of the way of other shoppers. A gentleman who appeared to be an employee came right up beside me & closed the gate to the isle I was standing at then he closed another gate blocking of the restroom area so when my wife came out, she would have to go down a separate isle in order for us to meet in the middle of the store somewhere. That wasn't too big of a deal because we're probably going to walk the entire store anyways. The problem is when the man closed the gate on me I was a little confused because he never said a word. I had to look around to see what was going on. & right through the shelves in the other isle beside me was a towmoter getting ready to lift a pallet off of the top shelf on the back wall. The towmoter was less than 8 feet away from me. I thought why couldn't this man warn me. I was literally blocked in to a danger zone. I operate crane for a living & I've seen too many incidents & close calls for me to be standing practically right next to someone making a lift. I opened the gate to remove myself from the area & I closed it behind me. I opened the second gate by the restrooms & was exiting that area also when the employee came up behind me & in an angry voice he said " Sir, don't do that! We put those gates there for your safety." I couldn't believe what I was hearing. This guy actually blocked me into a danger Zone & now he's telling me I'm wrong for taking it apon myself to get out of harms way. I was angry myself. I pointed to the spot where I was standing & told him, "I was standing right there!" I couldn't believe that he didn't even warn me or ask me if I would like to exit the isle before they made the lift. After the young man & I had a few words with each other I could also hear the towmoter operator asking him if he wanted him to come over to handle the situation. I thought to myself that these guys are an accident waiting to happen & they seemed to be waiting for a confrontation of some sort. I hope that someone who works in management reads this review & check the security cameras at around 2pm Sunday 4/25/21 maybe you can use this info for a safety meeting with your employees so nothing like this happens again.

THIS STORE IS VERY POORLY MANAGED! ITEMS NOT STOCKED! ISLES FULL OF FULL PALLETS!

Aaron Zinner was so helpful and answered all are questions. He is very knowledgeable and made are experience enjoyable. He help get us a fence estimate and a credit card. We even purchased a Zero Turn lawnmower because of him.

The associate Marcy in the window department was amazing in her knowledge in helping me order a old replacement window that had a crack in it. I was very impressed by her. Personality was over the top. Refreshing when you realize that there are some good employees that give good customer service nowadays. Sad that it is rare to have such a great experience. Highly recommend Home Depot for your home repair shopping.

The store is clean and most clerks know where things are located. The paint department needs a system where customers are waited on as they come to the department. Something like a "deli counter" numbering system would be great since there's no way to know who has been waited on and who is simply waiting for their paint to be mixed. Lots of confusion.

My daughter and I went in late Friday night to buy lumber to build elevated garden boxes. Ed, in lumber, was very helpful in picking the right materials, cutting the wood to spec, and getting us set up for a good outcome, two beautiful 2x6 elevated boxes ready for plants! The whole staff was helpful even though it was near closing time. Thank you, Ed and Home Depot staff in Lancaster, PA!!!

This store is always clean and the associates are very friendly and ready to help you find what you need. Most importantly they do not waste any time in checking you out. If there is a line it moves very fast.

HD is getting better at having in stock items needed for jobs. The other store is starting let their shelves go empty. And some of their prices are even better.

Staff went beyond our expectations to see we had everything we needed to install our floor. All the way down to the tape for underlayment. The prices are better than other home improvement stores too.

Ordered a riding mower and scheduled delivery for Monday March 15, 6am - 7pm. Mower never arrived. Rescheduled for the 22nd 6am- 10am. Still not here. I will never deal with Home Depot again. Over $2000 tied up for over a week with nothing to show for it. Total waste of 17 hour of my life.

George, in hardware, was very, very knowedgable. he asked pertinent questions as to my goal and project. Then guided me to the perfect product! Thank you George! Ashley, at self checkout, Efficiency at the highest level. In and out!
