I love the 3% tax rate, and the bigger selection.

Watch your receipts. They round the money up in their favor in you pay in cash which amounts to nothing other than theft but on a grand scale. They’re depending upon people not to care about pennies here or there but over the course of a day 1000’s of customers pay in cash and they are all being overcharged. Disgraceful. Morally corrupt.

John helped us with a dining rm light...he was very helpful and nice!!!!!

This visit was to exchange an item. No problem ,had receipt. If I did not have receipt, I would get a store credit, ok with me for I only use Home Depot.

everyone in this store is courteous and helpful, especially in the paint department! I am a frequent here, and luckily I live close by, because I always need something. This is my favorite HD, because the staff is excellent and the customer service dept can't be beat! Thank you for always helping me, especially since I am learning as I go!!

Employees were very friendly, personable and helpful. Always willing to provide their expertise to help customers make the right decision on an item or situation. Cashiers and nursery staff are particularly helpful. The store provides a good number of motorized shopping carts for those in need of mobility help and most are serviceable on my visits to the store. Always a "happy customer" and prefer this store over other Home stores in my geographical area.

I am very pleased with The Home Depot Brick, NJ store. It is neat, items are well marked as well as the aisles. I feel safe in shopping at the store with the many tools and other supplies that they carry. When they have to stock an aisle, they close it off properly for the safety of customers. Service is courteous and professional.

I frequent this store and was quite pleased at the changes made during this CV19 crisis. From entering and leaving to the directionally marked aisles and the checkout system. The lines are long but it's necessary and folks seem to accept it. Good Work!

I suffered a TBI a few years back. The staff at the Lakewood store are very patient and helpful.

HAVE SHOPPED IN THIS STORE FOR MANY YEARS. HAVE ALSO PURCHASED ON LINE FOR PICK UP AT THIS LOCATION. ALWAYS ON TIME AND ALWAYS WHAT I EXPECTED. THIS STORE IS MY FIRST CHOICE ON EVERY OCCASION.

Knowledgeable staff and pleasant atmosphere. The store is clean and well organized. I was asked about what was needed for purchase. I was assisted well in finding my products in a quick and professional manner.

I have no choice but to recommend this store for the Area there’s no other choice . The Brick store and Lowe’s are horrible

No help in the store. went to 3 different departments and found no one. Also the self checkout is a joke. Home Depot dose not care about customer service.

The store staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I have shopped there often and have never been dissappointed.

I did not feel like a valued customer. Attempting to check out with a discount Christmas tree a very nice store associate recommended I speak to customer service for additional discount. Upon speaking with them I was told that "She" should not have said that and it was made out like it was my fault. Instead of trying to help me the customer she got on the phone to the nice lady's boss. Nothing else was said so I walked back to the register to find the nice lady being reprimanded. This became an awkward situation so I checked out with my item and left. Clearly the 2 associates were only worried about telling this nice lady that she was in the wrong instead of assisting a customer.

all i needed was readily available and store help was easy to find and they were efficient

Fun place to shop especially at holiday times as the employees always get involved and dress up. Plus always someone around to help you when you're looking for something or have questions.
