Of the local Home Depot stores, this is not my nearest, but my go to as it's the neatest and friendly staff, always able to get fast help

This store (Shorrock St. Lakewood NJ) has really turned itself around. I used to avoid the store due to unhelpful staff but that is no longer the case. The staff is friendly and helpful and it is a pleasure to shop there.

I've only lived here for only about 2 months and have been in here a bunch of times. Every time I've had a great experience with the staff, they are friendly and knowledgeable. 5 stars to me.

I was having trouble finding out how to clean my new refrigerator door . The manufacturer send me a copy of manual that doesn’t list my model. He researched on computer and found the right instructions and found a product that works. jJoanne was the sales clerk that helped me with my purchase.She also printed out copies of appliances that I will buy at Home Depot in the future

I went there specifically to make a major purchase at the reduced sales tax rate. To my surprise, they charged regular tax rate.

The whole staff in Lakewood HD is extremely friendly and helpful. My Cashier Barbara was excellent super friendly and helpful. I will be back to shop at the lakewood location again!

The store is excellent with a large stock of items I can use. Makita products, while excellent, are disappointing in that they supply the battery and charger separately from the tool making what seems like a bargain into a doubly expensive purchase.

I was fortunate enough to have Lauren from customer service help me from my phone call to calling back when they dropped my grill down from the high stock shelf. She was amazing from start to finish. Not only was she knowledgeable but she was extremely courteous.

If you are in the Lakewood store look for Dan or Dante for assistance. I know it sounds a little extreme but yu will truly be impressed!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were looking to purchase a new dryer. We went to 2 other big stores first and neither place was interested in selling us a dryer. We said lets try Home Depot in Lakewood. After the salesman, Glenn, finished helping the customer before us, he helped us choose a dryer that met our needs and was very helpful explaining the warranty and extended warranty, and delivery process.

Employee at customer service had attitude this store has change From what I knew how was . they should train there employees to show little respect with friendly ness

If you are looking to remodel your kitchen, ask for Eileen! She did a fantastic job helping us choose cabinets and made great recommendations.

Store appears old and needs to be updated.

Glenn in appliances is awesome. Twice in the last couple months he approached my wife and I with a friendly smile. He walked us through multiple choices of appliances, and shared some very helpful information that made our decision making process a breeze. He is funny, friendly and very knowledgeable. I look forward to working with him in the future.

The gentleman in the lot whose name is nick was very helpful. Offered to help me load my car without even asking. What a wonderful young man
