Clean atmosphere, great customer service! Multiple items in stock!!

Altho this was my first trip to this store I found things very easily, including the nice clean restroom! I had no trouble finding assistance and the cashier was extremely helpful!

All associates were courteous and helpful. They helped us save money and purchase exactly what we needed. A pleasant experience.

I have been in several Home depot stores and 1550 Lakewood by far is the best, Cleanest, most professional friendlist store ive ever shopped in ands i wil continue to do business here. Thank you so much for the experience.

manager refused to honor promotional coupon for 10% off when coupon brought in with receipt dated within time frame of offer. Very unprofessional and very poor customer relations. TWO THUMBS DOWN

Not the biggest store but has the best, most knowledgeable and friendliest people I've found in any of the Denver metro area.

This is by far the best store in the Denver-Metro area. The people are great and I will go out of my way to go to this store. Maria is a fantastic cashier. She is always friendly and very efficient and I have never seen a mistake when she rings me up. Also, Mike in plumbing is the best in town by far. He really knows his department and is very willing to help with his plumbing knowledge. Thanks for all the help and great job.

Over the past few months this particular Home Depot has gone down hill in customer service; particularly in lumber (one guy had zero interest in helping and knew very little), plumbing (no experienced help in the store nearly every time I visit), and at the customer service (one person in particular is rude every time I ask for her help) and pro desk is not willing to help much (maybe because I'm not a contractor). My recent visit to the paint desk was good as the guy is very helpful.

Best Home Depot in the Denver-Metro area. Maria is the best cashier in town. She is quick and I never have to watch her check me out. Mike in the plumbing department is very knowledgable and helpful. This store must have good management to keep these great employees. Thanks for all your help.

Chris was very helpful and friendly. Found what I was looking for

The cashier checking out the older woman in front of me was so rude, to the point of being hostile and aggressive, staring her down when she did nothing, made me take my cart and go inside. The gal in front of me had apologized to me for taking so long for the cashier in Home and Garden to check her out. I smiled and said "no worries," whereupon the cashier demanded that the lady tell her what she said to me. I went inside since I didn't want any part of that attitude from your cashier, and asked that the manager be told, but didn't seem like the younger person checking me out really cared.

We went in to get an item that was on special, and there were no more on the shelf. An associate asked if we needed some help, and we told him what we were looking for, so he looked it up to see if they had any more in the store. And they did! They had more that had just come in, and were still on pallets, wrapped in plastic. Instead of telling us to come back another day when they had unloaded the shipment, he searched about two dozen pallets to find it for us, unwrapped the pallet, and got us the product we were looking for. He really went above and beyond to help us, and really made our day!
