I had an unusual plumbing job that needed a series of adapters and Jeff stepped up and solved the puzzle....

This store is very well stocked and easy to navigate. The cashiers are very friendly and efficient. Sometimes these big stores can seem cold and impersonal. The Lake Havasu Home Depot is like a neighborhood store.

Excellent customer service! Good advice before purchasing artificial grass, and three associates right there to help with cutting the length, folding it to fit in my minivan, and help loading. Very professional and friendly service.

Store was organized and clean. Was shopping for a toilet, the selections were good to choose from. I was disappointed that no toilets were made in the USA, hopefully that will change in time. The cashier was very helpful and saved us money by telling us about the deal offered for signing up for a line of credit. Will be shopping there again.

Always able to find what I am looking for. Store is clean and well kept. However have had issues with associate attitude problem literally felt we were disturbing her by paying for items.

The store manager has worked really hard with her people to help make shopping at Home Depot a great experience. Whether it's buying or returning, on-line sales, or just getting information and prices, the employees are very knowledgeable, helpful and polite.

I have been to home depot several times and almost everytime i can NEVER find help. The associates are lazy and rude and what is even worse is that the young associates are the most lazy! I feel the elderly associates are more helpful which is sad because they can not get around as easy.

Needed new appliances for my kitchen went into the store Myra one of the associates help me put together a package. I now have beautiful black slate appliances thanks to this young lady. love the store love the people my dog loves Home Depot it's her favorite place to go other than the beach I will always shop at Home Depot

On a recent visit cashier/clerk pointed out the advantages of using a Home Depot credit card for the purchases which we did after she signed us up and submitted the application in a very timely manner!! Kudos to this employee!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Lake Havasu City Home Depot is my personal favorite Home Depot store, the layout is familiar to me, the store is well staffed and generally very clean. No tool rental section but other than that serves my needs!
