Sean and Donna our hands down my favorite employees. I have always had great experience with the stuff here at this location, everyone has always been extremely helpful. My boyfriend and I have been coming to this home Depot for two and a half years and wouldn't go anywhere else!

People beyond helpful!

The store was neat and clean. I had assistance in the lighting department and also in the flooring department. Every one was very helpful even in the self check out.

The clerk were helpful when asking the location of the lattice fence; also the store was clean and neat made my shopping fast and pleasant

Aisles are to crowded ! Move the kitchen and bath faucets into the plumbing section ! Drove me nuts trying to find them ! Why can’t you stock at night ?!! Pain in the butt trying to maneuver my cart !

The store is always clean, the employees are always friendly and helpful. Some other stores the employees avoid eye contact because they don't want to be bothered, but at Havasu Home Depot they look AT you and not away. Always, always helpful.

I was shopping for a swamp cooler. I stopped at about 5 stores before this Home Depot. None of them came close to the selection of coolers, air conditioners and fans. All were on display right up front of the store, which is where they should be in the June heat. The staff were right there to help. Wonderful store to shop at.

Diana Milian is an ASSET to this store. She was truly a Gem in a time where moving was stressful and we needed to get our appliances quickly! She went above and beyond to make sure we purchased what we wanted and needed. She was Friendly, Helpful and I could not have done it without her Knowledge and professionalism. She made sure we received the best pricing and an earlier delivery date than expected!The store was clean and stocked to perfection. Today was the first time that I encountered an employee (Terry) who seemed to actually enjoy her job. She was friendly, smiling, and offered assistance without have to ask for it. We normally don't do much shopping at the Lake Havasu City Home Depot, because the employees always act like helping a customer is an inconvenience. I have walked up to 2 employees who were talking to each other about something not work related and stood there for 2 minutes or so while they continued to talk. I had to interrupt them to ask if one of them could get a paint tip out of the locked case for me. There reply was " in a minute. I walked away. 3 or 4 minutes later I when back over to where the employees were and surprise they were still standing there talking. I would have left and bought the paint tip somewhere else, but this was the only store in Lake Havasu that had the size tip I needed.

I was able to find the cedar board I needed, but it needed to be cut. My wife went for help and asked one store employee if he could call somebody to cut some wood. He basically told her it wasn't his area and he didn't have a phone. She is not sure if he walked off to call someone for help, or not. We never heard it announced that help was needed. She walked all the way back to where I was and then we heard a store employee talking to another customer in the next isle. My wife went to ask him for help and he came immediately, was very friendly, and was able to cut the wood. I was able to get on my way. The cashier was very friendly.

I love Home Depot, especially the one at Lake Havasu. If other places want to see what it takes to make a shopping experience pleasant, they should visit Home Depot in Lake Havasu. During this uncertain time we are in, the men and women who work there never lost thier wonderful personalities. Home Depot is my everything store. I like to take a look at all the toys and dream. Keep up the great jobs, big pat on the back everyone!!

I am very satisfied with this store. I just moved to Lake Havasu City in March, and I have made many trips to the store for things I needed to fix at the house I moved into. I am very happy with the store and it's employees. I am also very happy that I get a 10% discount for my military status. Saving money on every visit keeps me from having to search around any other hardware stores for the best price, although I believe Home Depot has the best prices!

I shop in my store at least once a week if not every other week we always have everything in order everybody knows where things are at I think the only thing you could do is put water machines in the back area so I will probably be about it after all this Covid stuff is gone .

Store has also been very helpful and courteous, when I have been in the store.

Store was very well-stocked. Customer service was outstanding very knowledgeable.

This is one of our favorite stores, the Sale Tech are so helpful and usually the store is well stock, but due to the Pandemic National wide, there are empty shelves, but where the store is clean, and we felt safe shopping there.

Needed bulbs and easily found exact replacements at reasonable cost. Clean, bright store
