Gary and his staff are always friendly and helpful. Supplies are usually on hand and where they are supposed to be.

8988 is like family when you walk in you are greeted with smiles and welcome. Gary really got his staff trained the right way. I always say it how you are greeted at the store that makes it easy to ask for help. I also want to personally thank: Darlene, Jasmine, Kelli, Maria, Crystal, Jules, Tina Marie, Ken, Andrew, Wendy, Michelle, Laura and Aron for alway taking the time to make me laugh

The Home Depot 8988 store is wonderful. and the staff is always joyful and pleasant. Darlene and Jasmine wonder twin. Maria and Crystal host with the most. Kelli the smooth team operator. Gary knows what he has in a staff and they keep the customers coming back

I was very impressed with the customer service a employee in specific , her name was Keesha she was the best! She gave me the best service and was very friendly and loving. She helped me out so much and was very attentive in making sure I was doing okay in the store while shopping. I was very pleased with her service! Made my day of shopping more pleasant and she gave excellent service! Very impressed.

Store is clean and very health conscious of their customer. Mask and disenfectants available on entrance as you are greeted by a polite and helpful staff member.

Lake Elsinore, Home Depot, this is a store that use to replace visits to competitors, you know who they are, for over 3 yrs now. ... I find all that I require, and if not in stock, I order online and pickup at this easy to visit location. Plenty of parking, great location, next to lots of food, what else could you require?

I would highly recommend the Tool and Equipment rental department. Jose R. or JP and the supervisor Richard B. are awesome, they go out of thier way to make sure you are satisfied.

Brian- that was working on 10-5 —was super friendly, welcoming and hospitable. He took the time I stole from him organizing the store And Answered all my questions, escorted me around the store (instead of telling me aisles) and pointed to exactly what I needed to buy: drill bits, closet wheels, possibly a new back door + frame and spray paint. Thank you so much Brian you were a pleasure to talk with and made my stress about remodeling the house a little easier to manage.

I have a slight problem with my Homepot credit card and the cashier representative (Jasmine) was extremely helpful and patient with me.

First time visiting this store since I’ll be moving out this way in a few days. Needed to get a refrigerator for the new house. Carolina in the Appliance Dept, friendly and helpful, made my visit short and sweet, answered all my questions and set up delivery when convenient for me. Couldn’t be happier, especially after having a not so good experience at Lowe’s in checking out (took forever and passed around to different folks) for other appliances for my new home. Home Depot will be my to go store now, without a doubt! This store is huge, clean and tidy, unlike what I’m used to in south OC where I’m moving from. Thanks HD and Carolina for creating a great shopping experience!

I've been coming to this Home Depot since 2009 and I have never had bad customer service. I know sometimes the job is demanding for the employees but they are always never to busy to help or show that the interruption affected them. Professional and courteous employees.

This the store I usually use , after today I will not be. Today I had such a bad experience that I & my family will not be using them. I went into the store to exchange some hinges that I purchase wrong color (chrome needed nickel), this was the second time going back since I had bought the wrong style the 1st time due to it was in the wrong tray and I just grab them without look at package. On my 2nd return Today cashier was friendly and it was hassle free, I asked for help did not want to return a 3rd time, cashier called for assistance and a older Caucasian man appeared. The man clearly did not want to assist me he wanted me to bring a hinge from my house. I try to explained I had took a picture of the box I had purchase there and was short 2 only. All hinges are already up and he would not look at the photo. I realized he did not want to help me so I apologize for wasting his time and I walked away. I felt that either he had a problem because am a woman or race, either way I felt discriminated! This is the same store where last year in November 2019 I walked halfway across the building carrying a ladder in three male workers passed me & no one offered to help. Wow

This Home Depot is one of the cleanest, friendliest I've ever visited. As a former Depot employee, I have to say this one understands "old school" customer service. Well done employees - you are crushing it!

On Tuesday July 14 I made a purchase of over $150.00 in the garden dept. When I went to check out Lakeisha was the cashier, I told her I had a military discount and went to show my card. Lakeishas response” we aren’t honoring the discount during COVID-19!” I was shocked! Lakeisha said go on line and find out why, she didn’t know. I should of asked to talk to a manger but I was pretty upset, so I left. On Thursday July 23 I went back to the store to the service desk, and shared what happened, Tyler was helping me and promptly refunded my 10%. Tyler said she would tell the manager! When I got home, I called the store to speak to the MOD, after 7 minutes and being transferred around to hardware twice and the service desk twice, finally Kathrine answered and asked if there was something she could help me with, that a manager wasn’t available. I really wanted this issue to be addressed! I left my name and number she said Alex would call me back. Waiting for a call back now! It’s now 4 days later and still no call back!! I wonder why Lakeisha said that?? If that’s your policy now, why did Tyler refund the 10% to me? Why hadn’t the MOD called back? Not important I guess!! I’m sure things are crazy, with all that is going on... But HD usually has good customer service, not this time. Very disappointed. Makes one wonder about the management staff and communication to the employees, then to the customers!! Might want to look into this store? Maybe a few surprise “Walks” might be beneficial!

VERY Disappointed in Garden customer service this one time,7/19/20, garden supr, she refused to honor label with lower price that was STAPLED on original plant label. Never had this happen before!!!! I expect much more from Home Depot, always had great service before this

I am very happy for the Home Depot in my town of Lake Elsinore. It is clean and the employees know their products and are friendly.

While I appreciate the Home Depot as a company this particular store really falls short in the customer service area. I shop at Home Depot 4-6 times a week for my business but I only come to this location when I have to. If I need help with anything this is not the place to be. The employees have the “don’t make eye contact attitude”.

Nick helped me in landscape irrigation.Smart,knowledgeable ,polite,friendly.Knew where everything was I needed.He should be Employee of the year.Or at least month.Go Nick.
