I recently had an extremely negative experience with an employee named Kathy at the Home Depot located in Lake Elsinore, CA, and I feel compelled to share my disappointing encounter. I visited the store with the hope of finding assistance and guidance, but Kathy's behavior left me feeling discriminated against and utterly frustrated. From the moment I approached Kathy for assistance, her demeanor was rude and unprofessional. Instead of greeting me with a friendly smile and willingness to help, she seemed disinterested and impatient. Her lack of basic customer service skills was evident as she barely acknowledged my presence and appeared to be inconvenienced by my questions. To make matters worse, when I asked about returning an item, Kathy intentionally withheld crucial information and failed to provide me with all the available options. This lack of transparency is highly unacceptable and indicative of her disregard for customer satisfaction. It was evident that she did not have my best interests in mind and was unwilling to go the extra mile to ensure my concerns were addressed appropriately. What was even more alarming was Kathy's discriminatory behavior. She treated me with disrespect, making me feel marginalized and discriminated against. Her behavior was both unprofessional and unwarranted, leaving me deeply offended and disheartened. As a customer, I deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of any personal biases or prejudices she may have held. Furthermore, Kathy went to the extent of accusing me of returning too many items, even though I hadn't returned a single thing. This blatant lie only added insult to injury, further highlighting her dishonesty and untrustworthiness as an employee. Such false accusations are not only damaging to the store's reputation but also completely unfounded and unjust. The experience I had with Kathy at Home Depot was disheartening, to say the least. Her rude and discriminatory behavior, coupled with her intentional withholding of information and false accusations, left me feeling disrespected and mistreated. It is essential for Home Depot management to address such behavior promptly, as it tarnishes the store's reputation and undermines the trust customers have in the brand.

#8988 is the best store in Riverside county. They are more customer helpful than most stores.

Kim in the paint department is a fantastic employee who uses her extensive knowledge skills and patience to go far above the norm to help her customers. Matching years old paint is no easy task but Kim has managed to master it! Kim was able to make perfect matches which saved my time and money. She was very professional and personable and has made my shopping experience a total joy. Another painting department employee Tylor was the perfect backup when Kim was not available. Employees like these two are why, as an Air Force veteran, I will always come to the Home Depot for all of my home project needs.

I hade one issues at store about the deal that was going on and a very friendly manager I believe, Mina helped me through my purchase and made sure I leave the store happy! I want to thank her and appreciate her phenomenal service.

Terri at customer service is super friendly and prompt.

I would recommend this Home Depot store. It is convenient and always busy, however, you do not have to wait long if there are lines. Store Associates keep lines moving. Shelves are always stocked and we find Home Depot has more of a selection, than major competitor

CAMERON HELPED ME REPLACE THREE DEAD BOLTS FOR MY HOME. HE HELPED ME PREPARE THE KWIKSET PRODUCT. WITH HIS HELP I WAS ABLE TO KEEP MY ORIGINAL KEYS AND ALSO MADE INSTALLATION A BREEZE. ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE. COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY.

So pleased with a the help and treatment I received from when I first entered the store to when I left. Made me feel like they actually cared about me and my purchases.

Store is always well stocked , clean , friendly employees who are always ready to help assist customers.

Shop at the lake Elsinore Home Depot often for work related items, and almost always the pro desk. The employees ther are always professional and friendly. Will continue to shop for all my home improvement needs at the lake Elsinore Home Depot!

The employees are very helpful and go out of their way to help the customers.

The store is great! Neat, clean organized, 5 Stars!! Don’t expect help from anyone on the floor. Anybody behind or around a counter or register is great! I feel that they may have been understaffed at the time as a courtesy of benefit of the doubt. If you have a question to specific items, in my opinion, just bring them to the front for clarity. Unless, you’re an hourly worker and don’t mind standing around a quarter hour, if you throw in a restroom visit you have now successfully milked a half hour of pay. Your welcome!

We have been there many times. Kelli extremely nice to us.

There are still a lot of missing items and low stock. I do not like self checkout.

Good costumer service at this location. Jacob was super helpful getting the items i needed and Kelli helped me pay for the items. Aswesome Team Work.

I was at this store at 11:00 on a Wednesday. It took 5 people to direct me to the chain lube. The person at the customer service desk said as she looked it up on the computer “we don’t carry it”. The two people from the MET team i approached completely ignored us. One gentleman was kind and said he was a new hire and really didn’t know but finally directed me to a gal at the self checkout. She knew exactly what isle. After 25 minutes in the store for a $6.00 item I was angry! Really HD Elsinore you need to step up your game.

I bought flooring and very satisfied with the product and extras that I purchased.

I was buying a front door handle set with a deadlock. I knew nothing about what I was doing. The store employee, Cody, was great. He answered all my questions and helped me to decide what to buy. He was patient and very kind. Home Dept is lucky to have him.

I was with my 15 month old getting heavy 24” x 24” pavers. There was no way I could lift them by myself especially with my baby , so I ran across Wendy in the garden department and she helped me out a lot and called for extra help. Wendy and Rick both helped push and load all those heavy pavers in the trunk of my small Sentra. Without their help I woulda had to come back another day with my husband to load the pavers.

Well organized , well trained staff and end technology services.

It is a pleasure to know if I decide to get up off my fat and lazy and work some project, if I go to this Home Depot they will probably have what I need and definitely have someone to help me.

Ok, so I’m not getting paid for this review.and I want nothing in return. I recently purchased a new home in Lake Elsinore and I needed assistance with a full suite of kitchen appliances. The staff at this particular Home Depot was quite friendly. I was greeted by someone the moment I walked in the door and I was directed to the appliance department. Alyssa was my Appliance Expert and wow did she do an amazing job. Management was needed at one point during my transaction and although I don’t remember his name, he was the coolest and friendliest person. Honestly I just had an amazing experience from beginning to end. If you are like me and feel like most associates in big box stores don’t really care, head over to the Lake Elsinore Home Depot and you will be pleasantly surprised by the stellar level of service you receive.

The store and store employees were great. My issue was with being approached by 2 separate (like 5 minutes apart) SunRun employees while shopping in the garden center today. I’m at The Home Depot to get what I need and not get sale pitches even after I tell them no thanks. Maybe there should be a dedicated section for them in the store if Home Depot is going to allow this. If the Garden Center is the dedicated section for this type of sales, I will take my plant shopping elsewhere.

Love my Home Depot Lake Elsinore .. Always feel welcomed and enjoy the customer service … I like the Corona HD also ! Actually , Home Depot is awesome!!

I went in to get some paint samples and everything went by pretty fast, I was in and out. Dave at the paint counter helped me out with what I needed and made sure I didn’t have to wait around for too long.

She helped me figure out what I actually needed to get instead of buying things I didn’t need

The manager and customer rep at this store cared when the online reps didn't. The store corrected an issue due to an online error and made sure the order was right.
