Entered Home Depot today to purchase ! Ryobi was easy to find. Store just beautiful w so many blooming plants . Then I needed gold screws to hang something special . A young man helped me find the gold screws . The right size . And walked me to the screw drivers for very small screws ! Maurica at customer Service helped me w copies from 2019 for tax purposes. All this in less than 1 hour . A 5 star experience at the LaGrange GA Home Depot today 24 March 2020 ...

Many people are becoming aware of the benefits of using "native" plants, grasses, vines, shrubs, and trees, when landscaping their yards. Native plants have evolved in specific habitats and are well adapted to those growing conditions. They can survive without the addition of fertilizers or pesticides, and many of them produce nectar, foliage, seeds, berries, fruits, or nuts that are very important to the survival of creatures such as butterflies and other pollinators, beneficial insects, birds, and other wildlife. The creatures help the plants. The plants help the creatures. They are mutually dependent. With the loss of natural habitat (worldwide) due to human development/expansion, it's critical that people do what we can to replace at least part of what was lost. Customers can re-plant "native" plants in our yards, and in pots on our patios and balconies, if we can find sources to buy them from. Home Depot could be a retail leader in this effort. Home Depot: please buy from wholesale nurseries that raise "native" plants. More growers would specialize in "native" plants if the demand for them increases. Thank you!

The LaGrange GA Home Depot store is my go to place for all my remodeling and project needs. The staff and the people there are truly friendly and relatable.

Several employees ask if they could assist me and Lula, the cashier went out of her way to assist this 80 year old senior citizen with checking out! Please put more cashiers on the registers so you don't have to wait in line for 20 minutes!

I dealt with three employees. All were very helpful and went out of there way to help me. I was trying ti buy a $170 cabinet. This is the most helpful home depot I've been in quite a while.

Love shopping at my local Home Depot. I spend a lot of time in this store. The people are very knowledgeable professional and friendly. It like having your own project advisor whenever you go into the store. That’s my home away from home.

This store is clean and the associates are always helpful when asked.

Each time I get concrete or wood or any other building materials the loading area is full of vehicles with no one around or even in line many times. It is a loading area and should be respected as such. Obviously poor management. I am avoiding this store as much as possible because of this. I have voiced this complaint to associates who have also complained because it causes them to have to help folks by using buggies to move stuff into the lot when it could have easily been loaded if the loading area was not full of vehicles with no one around.

The front end associates are always great. It is just difficult sometimes to find help on the floor. The store is always stocked and clean and when you area able to get help the employees are friendly and knowledgeable.

My experience at the LaGrange store was very pleasant. I was able to locate the weed eater I was looking for with the assistance of some of the nicest employees. The store was clean and well organized.

What a great customer experience with eager associates and a strong management team eager to help. The shelves are stocked with all of the needed items for those DIY tasks and they are priced fairly. Look at those clearance ares for some additional great deals.

Three customer service staff members went above and beyond to help us on July 15, 2019. Cassandra, Jaison, and Carlos made sure we had a good shopping experience. These are the type of people you want to show the super customer service that Home Depot can supply.

I think that the store for the most part is kept clean organize and in order. I just remember a few irritations in the lumber department. Things scattered about and in the way. They should do a better job of organizing that right away. Other than that the workers were very friendly and very helpful My major issue is delivery. We are closer to the Lagrange Georgia store and we were told that they ship the material out of the Thomaston Georgia store. So there is an issue of the material being available at the time of purchase in the Lagrange store and not being in stock at the Thomaston store at the time of delivery. This is what happened to us. We were supposed to have our material delivered July 23rd 2019 . We walked into the Lagrange Georgia location paid and ordered everything the day before on July 22nd 2019. First of all our delivery was rescheduled to the 24th of July we was not notified, no call, no email letting us know. We took the day off to be there during the delivery process. The only reason we found out that we were rescheduled is because we called to inquire about an email that was issuing us a refund. We called the store we were put on hold for long periods of time we were transferred around with no direct the answers to what is going on. The bottom line is we don't want to pay the $80 delivery fee and the major material that we need is not on that delivery truck.
