The store is always neat and the associates are friendly.

This store never seems to carry Honeywell hepa filter especially style "R"

HARD TO GET ANY ASSISTANCE FROM EMPLOYEES. THEY OFFER NO HELP TO SENIOR CITIZENS OR HANDICAPPED PURCHASING HEAVY ITEMS OR LOADING THEM. TO MANY DOING NOTHING BUT BEING PRESENT. SHELVES NOT STOCKED PROPERLY.

I went in with the hopes of finding something to secure a door. I had no idea if what I had in my mind even existed. I was looking aimlessly and was asked by Carlos if there was anything that he could help me with and I described what I was wanting and he found it and then explained how to install it properly. He even made sure that I had everything I needed to finish the project before I left so I would not have to come back before starting a new project. He boosted my confidence and now I want to start on more projects on the house!

Jermmiah was and is an asset to the store knowledge in the products and services. Clean store made me feel safe, new paint on the store give a very inviting vist.

I've had good experiences and bad at this location. I've had negative experiences with a person by the name of Tia at the customer service desk and I have excellent customer service by Tewona. I don't know there names but there is a guy usually in plumbing that can help you in every single area of the store. If you ask where something is he won't just tell you, he will walk you there himself and show you what you're looking for. There is also a guy thats usually in Hardware that always wears dark glasses. I dont know his name either but his customer service and knowledge is excellent as well! Overall I rate this store 4 stars due to the good customer experience the majority of the time. I drop them 1 star due to self checkout which has become the norm at most box stores. We are doing their job for them and not being compensated nor discounted however we can choose not to shop at the stores where self checkout is the norm.

Customer service is great at Home Depot in Lagrange Ga. Everyone seems to always want to help, I'll recommend this store to anyone. Please continue with great customer service and being safe during this pandemic.

Store is clean and products displayed property. Sometimes hard to get assistance without going to a cashier. All cashiers and associates were friendly and helpful when you could find one.

This store is my favorite. I can always depend on it being well stocked. The employees are very helpful and friendly. If they don't know an answer, they will find someone who does. The prices are very good and I appreciate getting a veteran's discount.

Dawn at pro desk is the best, always willing to help and very knowledgeable at her job

We love our local Home Depot, shop there all of the time. We've bought flooring for our 2000 plus square foot home and have completed many projects inside and out, thanks to our Lagrange Ga.Home Depot, we look forward to many more!

Shopping at this home depot was wonder been here 4 times this year I give the staff 100% they make the store that you want to shop at for all your needs

Great store. When I wanted to purchase 5 gallons of house paint, they did not have the one I wanted. So they gave me better paint for the price of the original paint I wanted to purchase. They saved me $64.00. They could of told me they were out and leave it at that, but they went well beyond for me.

I LIVE IN THE MIDDLE BETWEEN LAGRANGE, GEORGIA AND OPELIKA, ALABAMA AND I VISIT BOTH STORES ATLEAST 3 OR 4 TIMES A MONTH. LOVE HOME DEPOT!

If your in Lagrange you dont have much choice but to use this store. But it is by far worse Home Depot in the area Opelika ,Carollton and Newnan stores are much better staffed, better stocked and better run stores.

wanted a 1x4 cut in half ONE simple cut. Talked to 4 different guys that were too busy to make ONE single cut! Wasted at least 30 minutes waiting on ONE cut. If you're too busy to make ONE cut, you're too busy. Or terrible at using your time wisely and balancing the load between multiple customers. Pitiful!!!!!

Had to return something, didn't take the lady 60 seconds to issue return.

Even during Covid19, everyone was still just as eager to speak and offer assistance. They did not shy away while practicing social distance and they remained constantly friendly as well as professional.

Even though this is a terrible time bc of Covid19 and customers were waiting in a line outside to be allowed in 1 at a time all the associates at Home Depot in LaGrange were very kind and helpful.
