This location has been my home store for the past 9 years and I can’t say I have ever had a bad experience at this location. Over the years I have built relationships with the employees and always a pleasure shopping here.

I’m a DIY on a tight budget. Big renovation on 1958 house, last improvements in the ‘80’s - countertops and paneling. I live in another county, expected the same. Wrong. This HD’s employees are friendly, helpful, directed me to another employee who actually has the expertise, listened e.g. if store didn’t carry a hard to find item suggested places I would find it. Amazing.

THIS IS THE BEST STORE, EVERY-TIME I GO THERE I GET EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

I walked in with a small time frame to get things done. I went to paint department with terrible sample of paint to be matched. I met Matthew who said no problem and got a sample out. It was a good color, not exactly the same but I kinda expected I needed to repaint entire room. Matthew said "Let me give it another shot I know I can get it closer" after I was already ok with it. He did another sample and he got it spot on. I saved a bunch of time only painting the one wall that needed to be repainted instead of the entire room! I truly appreciate it and I hope this employee gets recognized for his excellent customer service. He clearly cares about customers needs. Other employees at other stores would have just let me go after I said ok to the first sample but he not only saved me time he really made me respect his professionalism and diligence in getting it right. I wanted to be in and out of the store regardless of matching the paint or not but, I was still in and out of the store quickly while getting a perfect match! THANK YOU MATTHEW!

The La Mirada Home Depot store has been my preferred home supply store for the last 12 years. There is plenty of close parking available, the store is well stocked and the employees are helpful. At times it can take some time for an employee to be freed up to give assistance, so make sure to allow some extra time in the store when you expect to need help. Once the help comes, I find there to be many experienced employees that can give good advice for product selection. Overall, the La Mirada location has been consistently good for me.

the store was very clean and organized I didn't have to look far for an associate to help me with my needs, the manager and the cashiers were very helpful in getting my new washer and dryer written up ordered and check out was a breeze!!!

Well laid out. Merchandise seemingly always in order & where, in my opinion, it shoud be. Employees so polite it hurts! Employees that take the time to help you make informed decisions based on what you let them know. We made a large appliance / package purchase and the service & attention given made us feel as though we were the most important customers ever. I've been to the store before purchasing smaller inconsequential items & have never been treated less than the best.

No customer service, bad checkout experience, store not well kept and I have to retrieve my own carts. I will shop home depot but not this store.
