I really like the very helpful employees and the expansive inventory in this store. My most recent visit was 06/29/2019. And within five minutes of entering this store, Miss Mallory took me through the store to the exact item I was seeking.

Of all the home improvement stores I've been in, this store is a cut above the rest. Every time I come to this store, employees are extremely helpful and go out of their way to make sure you have what you need. Beyond this though, the Kirksville Home Depot is also helpful when things go wrong. Recently I've had an issue with a product i purchased from them, and they've worked well with me and the manufacturer to ensure that my product is perfect. Thank You, Evan for all of you're assistance!

Dwayne has greeted me multiple times within seconds of me walking into the store and has been knowledgeable and helpful in getting me where I need to go. Today he connected me with Andrew, who answered all my questions about riding mowers and helped me identify the best one for my needs. I had found my mower and checked out in less than half an hour and the mower was assembled (mulch kit and all) and delivered to my door later that same afternoon. Take all my money, Kirksville Home Depot. Take it all.

Went to the garden center. The plants are beautiful and very well taken care of. The associate helped me find what I was looking for and friendly. The check out in the garden center was handy. I didn't have to walk to the front of the store to check out. I would highly recommend Kirksville MO Home Depot to anyone looking for plants.

The store needs more customer service people on the floor. Even if that means they are stocking the shelves or waiting on customers. It is bad when a customer has to walk around the store trying to locate someone the help with an item.

I went into HD to get a few items for work. Associate Joe directed me to those locations. As I walked to the checkout, I realized I had misplaced my phone. I found Joe and he and I backtracked my route thru the store (2x!) while using his own phone to get mine to ring and therefore be located. We did find the misplaced phone and I went on my way. Joe provided service above my expectations. Thanks!

The customer service is top notch! There is always someone there offering to help and to check on you to see if there is anything to make your shopping more pleasant. One time I went in with my list in hand, an employee asked if I needed any help, I gave him my list and he basically did my shopping for me....!

Staff is always helpful in assisting and answering questions about projects I am working on. Prices are always competitive for quality.

It was a Sunday evening, and I dread going to places with questions as usually the places are staffed with people who aren't very knowledgeable. I went to store(not Home Depot) that was closer to where I live, but the people there weren't able to help me. I went to Home Depot, and the experience was different! The staff was courteous and knowledgeable and able to help me. The man who helped me knew exactly what I was looking for and showed me where to look, and even gave some helpful tips. Next time, I won't waste my time with the other place - while Home Depot is a bit further away, the expertise and professionalism will be worth the drive!

Even though the Kirksville Home Depot is considered a big box store it doesn’t feel like it at this location. It feels like home with friends there to help me when I need it. I don’t feel pressured to buy anything specific but rather informed on the products which I love because when people are pushy I walk away. I’ve been to many stores and this one is my top pick.

The paint department is excellent. Knowledgeable good people. Always enjoy going there. As for the rest of the store like most Home Depot stores it is clean and well maintained.

Nobody offered to ask me if I needed help as they we're walking threw the store or sitting down as I waked threw the store carrying my 13ft long stripping threw the store as I approach the cashier she is quick to apologize for there actions rings me up with me deciding I only needed two strips having 4 she goes to return the other two stops and carry’s on a conversation with another associate leaving me standing at the register waiting for her to come back and push the cash button on the self check so I can pay so I have to yell at the customer service associate to push the button so I can leave I ask for a red flag and they tell me I have to get it in the lumber part so I have to drive threw the entire lumber yard to get a red flag placed on my purchase Great Customer Service!

Staff were very friendly and made shopping here not a "chore" on my to do list! Sam was especially helpful in getting me checked out!
