I love our Home Depot! I’ve never gone in there without receiving lots of help in whatever department I’ve found myself in. I never have to hunt down someone to come help me, as someone usually finds me. I always find the answers I need as well and rarely do I leave without the vary thing I need. HD is my favorite place to buy my home improvement supplies.

The moment we walked in we were greeted, the knowledge from the associates surpassed my expectations! Definitely recommend this Store! We dealt with Marco for our visit. He was polite, showed expert knowledge and treated us as though we were his only customers all the way through the sale. Well done Kirksville Home Depot

It is especially easy to find someone to help you in this store compared to other large home improvement or hardware stores. It is clean, organized and all the employees were friendly.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, the actually act like they appreciate your business unlike some stores I have shopped at where the staff act annoyed or unknowledgeable about the products. The staff at this store shown me their knowledge of the products and suggested what ones to use and basic instructions on how to use them. I have always encountered helpful and friendly people at this store.

My experience with Kirksville Home Depot was exceptionally pleasing. I was sent by my husband to purchase a product that I was totally unfamiliar with, and as soon as I entered the store I was assisted and escorted directly to the product he desired. I was overwhelmed by the kindness, patience, and knowledge of the store employees - Marley and Darth. They never once treated me like I was bother or that I was ignorant because of my lack of knowledge of the desired product. Thank you, Home Depot for hiring such polite, helpful employees ! They made my visit to your store pleasant instead of dread of spending time aimlessly wandering the isles for my husband's request.

My mom ordered a washer and dryer from this store. They salesman talked her out pedestal's. She changed her mind and went to the store to order them and asked for them to be delivered with the washer and dryer. She was told this could not happen. Instead the washer and dryer would be delivered and the pedestals would be delivered the following day. Washer and dryer pedestals are very heavy she has no way to get them in her house let alone installed under her washer and dryer, because we live too far away and we could not be there to help pick them up. Not to mention why would we want to have to take the washer and dryer out after they had been installed to put in the pedestals. My mom left frustrated and called me. We made a trip (3 hours one way) with her to home depot (trip number 3) to help straighten this out. We were finally able to get home depot to cancel both orders and order together so they would be delivered and installed together. When the delivery men came they told hey they ordered the wrong pedestals but she could keep them as storage. She did not want $600 storage containers and asked them to take them back. The delivery men told her to go to home depot to get her refund. This was on Monday(trip#4.) When she arrived at home depot they told her they could not refund until Friday. So she went back on Friday (trip #5) only to be told they still could not refund the pedestal. So this is still not resolved. Still waiting to resolve this issue. I understand things happen. But my mom lives an hour away both directions, so after ten hours road time plus gas to resolve this it is still not resolved. She only received a I'm sorry we couldn't help you.

The Kirksville Home Depot is the place to shop, they may not have everything at the store but will do their best in trying to get what you want.

Best Home Depot I've ever visited. I was taken care of from the time I entered the store by the customer service lady, to the time I left, by the cashier. The people working at this Home Depot are happy and they made me happy also.

The employees were readily available and knowledgeable about the products. The employees, Rusty and Eddie really went out of their way to help. Both are SUPER employees being polite and trying to satisfy the customer's requests. The store is mindful to comply with the sanitation of carts and masks due to the COVID epidemic. The store is kept clean and products are of quality status.

Shopping at Home Depot is always a great experience! Everyone who works there are always friendly and available help! Thank you Kirksville Home Depot for making my shopping experience excellent!

Quick access and easy to shop for what I needed. Product was right where it showed online and they had a good supply of items. Checkout was also easy and had helpful employees.

We enjoyed the clean store environment and the one-on-one, non-pushy customer service. As former retail employee's, assistant manager's, and manager, we know first hand how small difference's like this can make a positive impact on the customer. The employee stayed with us for as long as needed and showed an interest in what we were looking for. He was even apologetic that the store didn't have what we were looking for. We assured him we understood as it's impossible for any store to carry everything. Such personalized and honest service tends to go by the wayside in larger, and even some smaller stores, but it hasn't in this one.

Love the store and their employees. Seems that they care more about the customers needs and guides them to the proper solution in home improvement.

Favorite store in town. Associates are amazing, they are always willing to work together. My husband and I feel like they are all family to us. We are in the store twice if not 3 times a week and they know our names cashiers even have a friendly argument over who gets to check us out..

The store is unorganized and the assistants where not helpful. It was obvious we were not the only people in the store frustrated. However, the lady the at the checkout was very present.

Very helpful and acknowledgeable

Our HomeDepot has friendly knowledgeable staff. We’re building a home and each time we go to the store we are greeted and everyone is so excited about our build and want to know how it’s going. It would be nice if our Kirksville store had all the selection that the Columbia MO store has available. We had to go to Columbia a couple of times to pick out hardwood floors and look at their cabinet display. The selection was much larger.
