As we go to this store VERY often, we are recognized by many of the employees. They are pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. The store is well stocked and we find what we need without a problem. Even calling ahead to verify stock quantities is done and the phone employee is quick to advise us. Great store to spend money on. It's our second home!

I'm posting this review primarily to alert those interesting in supporting Home Depot's mask OPTIONAL policy for their employees. This was a great move on Home Depot's part and speaking for myself they have acquired one new customer for life

We went to buy a shed kit, and the people in the garden department were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of, Jennifer and Desiree`, and Mark and Ray are the reason we keep going back to this store.

I placed an online order on Friday night for a small, inexpensive garden tool, and was able to drive into Kingman to pick it up at the Service desk on Saturday morning with no hassle, no waiting in line, etc. Pickup was a smooth and easy transaction. In and out in under five minutes.

I just relocated here from NJ and I most definitely say that the people here care more about the customers then back in NJ. I love it here in Kingman Arizona and plan to spend a lot of time and money at this wonderful store where the employees are more interested in helping the customers then just getting a paycheck.

I've been shopping at this store for 15 years and for the most part have had a good experience. The employees are friendly and helpfull. Any problems I have encountered have been taken care of in a timely manner.

Great customer service

Today's experience at this store was excellent! I had an urgent flooring install issue that was taken care of, purchased paint that was quickly ready, picked up an online order, and purchased other items. The employees at each point- and heavily Lance in the flooring department- were friendly and helpful. The time spent was quick as it could be. One of the best experiences I've had at this location.

this store is a nice place to shop but the staff is stretched to thin and they dont have enough people with real world experience other then that it is your typical big box store. jay at the pro desk is great she works her but off ! and they have let some really good people slip through there hands.

CSR Brenda is so rude at the customer service counter. As the face of your company you should have someone representing Home Depot with a smile and extraordinary customer service. I must say Mal is what a store manager exemplifies. Also Hardware associate Pat is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. I will continue to shop at Home Depot but I will do my best not to deal with Brenda until she is retrained on what customer satisfaction is.

I have recently moved to Kingman and have used Home Depot for my remodeling needs. EVERY assistant has been very friendly, courteous and helpful in service and advice and help finding what I needed in Home Depot and the city in general. I feel very welcome and have and will continue to shop Home Depot.
