STORE is great and employees. but their prices are ungodly

This particular store has become my saving grace for all my home repairs. I have always been able to find someone to answer my questions and direct me to what I need. I am very happy that items are usually in stock and in some instances have enough for me to purchase.

The store has forklifts parked in aisles, ladders in the way of products, online store inventory does not match actual store inventory for months at a time, the men's restroom is constantly in disarray, broken urinals, broken toilets, broken soap dispensers, no hand towel dispensers, filthy floor. Associates completely clueless how to find products, available products etc. And finally, associates severely incompetent at operating forklifts/loading products.

Store has sufficient stock and merchandise but the employees don't think that it is important to wash their hands after using the toilet! GROSS! I would use caution while shopping here. If the employees don't wash their hands after using the restroom, germs are likely transferring to the products they touch while working.

Normally this is a great store; however, during the pandemic the restrictions are a real pain, although it's not the store's fault. I usually find whatever I'm looking for and the price (including my military discount) is very fair.

Zack in the electrical department was very helpful answering all my questions & leading me to the correct product.

My wife and I have been Home Depot customers for about 38 years. We greatly appreciate the Home Depot credit card. Over the years, we've purchased thousands-and-thousands of dollars and paid no or very little interest. Great payment plans - no interest if paid within specific time - GREAT!

Been shopping here for the last 17 months since our move to Az For the most part found this location to have ample help to asset when needed. Had an issue the on .com did not wish to assist with, keep passing the buck But it was the brick and mortar depot was willing to go the extra mile and correct the problem!

I like this store. The personnel are helpful and patient and friendly. They generally have everything I need at good prices, or the personnel direct me elsewhere.

Most employees are not friendly, nor helpful. They will redirect you to places that the products are not located. Only a few of the majority actually are nice or helpful and it looks like they are taken advantage of by the not so great ones who make up the 80% of this store. The store is often sold out of certain items, which is frustrating. I was told that they're automatically ordered to replace, but the system isn't working so it's hard to know when anything is actually going to ship. I would love to blame it on COVID, but truth is this HomeDepot has been this was for years now.

Website needs to be redone to find certain items and not jump all over the place.

always clean, neat and the sales people are friendly and helpful, always can find what we need, and if we have questions, they answer, and go the extra mile to help you find what you need and if that persona cant answer, they find someone who does know the answer, so nice, and a variety of supplies, and they have the best Halloween Decorations, they go above and beyond to help, and give you the best service.

I HAVE ALWAYS GOOD SERVICE FROM EVERY STORE EMPLOYEE I CAME IN CONTACT WITH AT THIS HOME DEPOT. THEY FOLLOW GOOD SAFETY PROCEDURES WHILE WORKING ON THE FLOOR AND VERY COURTEOUS WHILE DOING SO. I DON'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS GOING BACK TO HOME DEPOT.

Daniel, Amanda, Stacie, Kathleen, and Stephen are very helpful and knowledgeable .... they are always pleasant and upbeat! Actually, it is my experience that whenever I go into this Home Depot all the employees are exemplary! What a pleasant experience! Thank you!!!!!!!

I was impeded by a store employee named Sandy in the garden section that had little consideration for social distancing to the point that I told her to get out of my way, she moved 2 feet and told me we did not need to social distance because both of us were wearing masks.
