My wife and I recently purchased a Lincoln Park barn door kit from your store here in Kingman,Az. I hired a contractor to install that door. Evidently the door had been purchased earlier, trashed, returned to the store, repackaged, and resold to me. The reason we can tell? The door had been previously opened, the door trashed, then, repaired, repackaged, and sold to us as new. That’s just totally wrong. I’ve taken pictures of the door. My ten year old grandson could have done a better job repairing this door than was done. We’ll definitely think twice about making this kind of purchase from HD in the future.

The Kingman, AZ Home Depot has the most courteous and helpful people I've ever encountered in any store!

I've been using this store for nearly 20 years and with very few exceptions it's always been a good experience. The employees are great with one exception which is one of the cashires that is loud and obnoxious. My go to store for home improvement products.

The employees are always willing to help, I spend a lot of time in the Nursery. The knowledgeable employees about the plants really helps me.

I lost some things and Tina was willing to take the time to help me get my stuff back out of the cart outside in their parking lot

We were blocked from going into the Garden Entrance by a worker who had the entrance blocked with a load of pallets while he was talking to a customer in line to check out. This kept us from entering the outside Garden area. We tried to get him to move the pallets so we could safely enter but he ignored us and kept talking. Finally we had to unsafely try to enter. He finally moved the pallets when he was finally done talking to the customer.

I’ve been to a lot of home depot stores and the Kingman location will always be superior due to their customer service. Never had an issue with any employees.

Was my first time in this store and was greeted right away with a nice hello and Betty in appliances was outstanding! Thank you Betty!!

I bought my X-mas tree and the employees were great, good help wrapping it up and loading it into my truck.

Both of the employees were very help full, but Desiree was more than anyone I have ever dealt with at this store. Two previous times I was there and ask to use my veteran discount I was told I couldn't use and I would have to go on-line and set it up! When I went to the self check-out Desiree ask if I had any discounts I told her I'm a veteran but it was set-up she took the time (about 4 Minutes) with my smart phone and set it up for me. to me that's going above and beyond. She was great!

Got a bottle of weed killer. Every employee in this store is willing to help the customer. Got a question, it will be answered in a matter of minutes.

Amanda was on top of the problem with our carpet quote and is working through the glitches in the new stores program.

I was looking for a specific Christmas tree and the staff was so friendly. Rose at the cashiers desk was especially helpful in finding the product when I was having a difficult time finding where the tree I wanted was. I really appreciated having her help and the rest of the staff that helped me.

At this particular home Depot, the people are not new hires who know very little about the area that they are " being helpful in unquote ". They are people who have been there a while that know what's happening, therefore they are more helpful than other stores.

this location in Kingman AZ always has what im looking for and if i cant find it the the staff on the floor has always found it for me. today i was greeted with a smile and welcome from Jenny on my way into the store. this makes my shopping experience enjoyable since im in and out of this location a lot thank you to The Home Depot and to Jenny

Employees would rather talk to each other than offer help. The isles were cluttered with merchandise, displays, carts and they do not have the variety of materials that Bullhead has. The store appearance reflects the employees attitudes.

We ordered a 275 gallon water tank when we arrive at home depot at 7am the tank was waiting for us we were out of the in 20 minutes as always Kingman Home Depot has great service with a smile thank you

Julie took great care of both my friend and I. Handle a potentially uncomfortable situation and turned it into an additional $1,000 sale. She is truly customer centric and a asset to the Kingman staff
