Where is the customer service? Home depot USED to be the best.

Stopped at this Home Depot as it is close to home and I do come here often. I was in need of a 3-way set of bulbs that were LED. There was only one choice. So that is all I had to chose from. But seems everywhere is only carrying one choice. Good point was when I checked out Wendy was there with a smile and she was very nice and made me feel welcome to be in the store.

Terrible service. They charged my credit card after I had called and received confirmation that my order was canceled. I called again and they said it definitely wasn't charged. They don't see a record of it. Well, it's on my bank statement, so yeah, they charged me. They seem very disorganized and are not at all helpful. Chargeback time.

This store is always clean, if I can't find something, there is always an employee just a couple isles away that offer fast and friendly service. Most times, I don't make it to what I need before being greeted and asked if I need help. Staff is always polite. If a item is out of stock, they will look it up and tell you which other store has any of the item in stock, as if it was second nature. Very helpful!

LOVE this store! Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable. Achelin (hope I’m spelling her name right) was absolutely wonderful helping us find tile. Although the cashier somehow grossly miscounted some of our items and way over-charged us, it was still a positive experience. Thankfully we noticed before we left the store. The customer service rep was very apologetic and helpful to resolve the issue.

I LOVE THIS HOME DEPOT AND HAVE BEEN SHOPPING AT THIS STORE FOR 20+ YEARS. THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE IS FOR THE EMPLOYEES. THE EMPLOYEES SHOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO DECIDE IF THEY WANT TO WEAR A MASK OR NOT! THE TYRANT GOV WHITLER'S EXECUTIVE ORDERS SINCE APRIL 30 HAVE BEEN RULED UNCONSTITUTIONAL BY THE MICHIGAN SUPREME COURT. THEREFORE, EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO DECIDE IF A MASK IS RIGHT FOR THEM OR NOT. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE HOME DEPOT SET THE EXAMPLE OF BEING A REAL AMERICAN COMPANY THE RESPECTS CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS RATHER THAN THE NANNY STATE COMMUNISTS TRYING TO DICTATE TO ALL OF US HOW WE ARE SUPPOSED TO LIVE AND THINK.
