Veterans be careful, cashiers are not honoring veteran discount.

Was very happy to find landscape mulch available at a very good price. Also, Christian and Jeremiah from the lawn/garden section loaded the bags into my minivan. This was a service I didn't expect. I offerred a tip and they refused, saying this is service that Home Depot provides.

I give Customer service an A+ Jonathan went above and beyond to find me some chair cushions. Thank you for making the time to help your customers. Eric the cashier was very friendly.

Shelving price showed $189, yet when I get to the cashier it rings up at $219. I was told to go to another register and ask for help. Finally got the price down to its shelf listed price but when I went out to my truck in the bay by the wood aisles, a very old man parked his car illegally right next to the door, blocking me in enough that I had to back out all the way to get out of there. Start enforcing these violators and either give them tickets or refuse them service when they park in a fire zone.

Except for one associate who was difficult to interact with, everyone else made it a fantastic experience making it easy as a contractor to shop with confidence knowing supply inventory levels meet or exceed expectations. Great job! I will be back!

I have always had a really good experience at this Home Depot. The only time I had to discuss a situation with a manager, it was handle professionally, discreetly, and timely. I prefer to shop on my own, but when I need help, I can always find someone willing and eager to help. Very pleasant customer service.

The store itself was good...a typical large Home Depot. What makes this store outstanding is staff like Achelin Lebron. Achelin knew the entire store, spent hours helping us with our new home, and was not only knowledgeable, but a genuine pleasure to work with!!

Was the quickest I have ever been in and out! Kim and Jenn took care of my returns of things I didn't need and checked me out with replacements that I needed in like, no time at all! And Shelbie walked me all the way across the store to find something I was having trouble locating. Who's that kind anymore? Wow! These women are seriously into customer service and deserve a raise! And I don't know any of them personally! No one paid me to say this! :) Just appreciate the service.
