Excellent customer service! Jacob was so friendly!

Was shopping via phone for a connector our Plumber needed to finish a job. NO one available in the Plumbing Dept (which was frustrating) BUT “Marivelle” from Appliances spent 28 minutes online & doing a visual search for the needed part. She even asked I text a picture of the part to her personal cell phone. She found it! I went to store & she came up to the Customer Service desk & hand delivered the part! Marivelle’s Great Customer Service was so Appreciated! I spoke with Store Mgr JC re what a fantastic employee he has in Marivelle! He was So attentive to my employee compliment & such a gentleman! Marivelle & JC care!

A store employee by the name of Belinda told me if I didn’t like her that we could take our business elsewhere. We said nothing rude to her. I’m confident she was mean to us because we are white. My trust with Home Depot has been completely violated and if you don’t want to be racially discriminated against then don’t bother stopping here.

This is second home depot I regularly used. The first was on memorial drive. The workers are surly and send annoyed. The store is dark and feels crowded. They were out of stock like extension cords. Seriously, I risk covid for this?

I come to Home Depot about once a month and always get excellent service and advice, they have great people at the check out

My overall experience at the Home Depot store was a positive one. The employees are always very friendly and helpful.

The customer service desk staff is always helpful. I can always count on one of Home Depot employees to be knowledgeable too. I needed assistance in plumbing. Specifically, I came in your store needed information on plumbing and Pete helped me a great deal. Needed to know about a PRV, toilet parts, faucets. He was so patient with me and courteous. A real role model for the Home Depot! The store was clean and associates were busy stocking shelves/working.

There are some things you can find at Home Depot that other stores just don't have. DIY projects demand "availability" and you can't beat the selection at your local Home Depot.

Great store. If you need ANY help in purchasing or picking out paints...even colors PLEASE go to this store and ask for Eli. Absolute BEST young man I have met in a long time. He is super knowledgeable and patient. This store is not even convenient to my house but I WILL drive the 35 minutes to get here JUST to have the help of this young man!!!! Very grateful this store has Eli working the paint counter!!!!! Great experience ALL together!!!

I was a little disappointed when it came time for the delivery of my product. I was promised my delivery date would be Oct 2, I was told I would get a call on Oct 1 to verify delivery window. Never receive the call the day before so on Oct 2 I called to find out the delivery window only to find out I will not be receiving a delivery due to the order not being placed for delivery even though my receipt stated the delivery date. Upon calling the store, I was initially told there were no record of my purchase, upon further review the record was found but no record of delivery, once that was found I was then told my delivery date will moved, first available was 10 days out. I understand things happen, but about 30 after my initial call, I receive another call requesting my credit card number as a new order needed to be placed. This was unacceptable as I did not ask the order to be cancelled, and since I was unable to get my product on the agreed upon date, I didn't feel my card needed to be charged again.

I ALWAYS HAVE A HARD TIME GETTING SOMEONE TO HELP ME FIND WHAT I NEED. I HAVE TO HUNT PEOPLE DOWN TO GET HELP, ESPECIALLY IN MY LOCAL STORE ON SHALLOWFORD ROAD IN MARIETTA.

David in Hardware has amazing knowledge about the products HD sells. Cut down my search time to less than 5 minutes for certain size screws. Great!!!
