I brought a stove and microwave, microwave was defective and stove had a gas leak and no one would come to fix for almost a week

I love coming to this store, everybody is so friendly and helpful

I went in search of a hose for work. I had no clue what it was. I was handed the hose and told to go get a new one. The employees were able to tell me what it was and found a replacement. Robert Whittaker was especially helpful!

Bought a new battery powered lawn mower and the shopping experience was great.

Didn't have what I needed in store but ordered online

Purchased a whole kitchen of appliances with complex bundled pricing. The staff was super helpful and patient helping get the orders placed with the best delivery dates possible. Excellent staff!

We purchased a Bathe, it is lovely. Ms Josephine and a few members of her staff, Vincent made sure that we were able to load this bathe on the truck and didn't have any damages to the product while it was being stored.

Great help from Jennifer is gardening and Dreux the customer service manager.

Had to search for 20 mins for a cart. They had 50 carts filled with stocking items.

Everyone here is so friendly. Easy to find things, and never too crowded. Easy to find parking, and the garden center is terrific. They could do a little bit better on sales in the garden center though. Hardly anything on sale

Overall, we always have a great shopping experience everytime we go but our cashier Rocio really made it special. She was very sweet and attentive and not only with us. She made sure the costumer in front of us was being taken care of when loading mulch. She made sure someone heard her inside to help.

They very helpful helping me find material and tools making my job a lot easier

Will always shop at this store because of their great customer service

Home depot is my favorite place to shop

JC helped me with buying a new washer and dryer. He was so helpful and explained everything in detail. Not usual to be so satisfied at any store at this point in time with the service but JC certainly went above and beyond !!

Rob did an amazing job in the plumbing section. We were lost on what to do to find the part we needed so he gave us an amazing idea and we very much appreciated his work and patience to help us resolve.

Store was clean and organized. Also staff was very helpful and the cashier greeted me when I came in and helpful as I leashed out.

There should be a way that we can snap a picture of my receipt in order to do the survey. I could not do this myself I had to call #0775 for assistance on completing this survey. If I have had this many difficulties I am sure there have been many others as well and most would not call in to get it done. I encourage you to reach out to me for my experience. It was amazing.

I love this Home Depot, they are all good but since I come often and see the same people it is a good feeling knowing they are here to help
