only recently moved into this area and have been to the Kanapolis Home Depot on two occassions and both were a pleasant experience with very knowledgeable and helpful employees, unlike the big L store whose employees tend to hide and dodge helping customers.

Employees were so helpful and knowledgeable.

We purchased appliances for our kitchen and the associate was knowledgeable and efficient with our purchase and scheduling of installation. We also had an associate take the time to help us find another item in the store and was extremely helpful and friendly at checkout.

Excellent customer service.

I enjoy shopping at Home Depot for the quality products they offer. Good variety and most of the time a staff member can be found to help with any questions or track something down. I would recommend this store

I went to the Kannapolis location to purchase a Kitchen Suite and the Appliance Specialist, Ethan Noblitt, was great. He was attentive, knowledgeable and very present. He made my purchasing experience very easy and pleasurable.

Got to store. Had everything I needed

The employee that helped me get a toilet went over and above to get me what I needed went with me to the register and loaded it in my truck. Wish I had gotten his name.

Wow- the overall experience blows your competitor away (name starts with an "L"). Most of their staff have attitudes and it makes me not want to shop there. I decided to place an online order today for a refrigerator, and you were able to price match the competitor price and I am getting my appliance sooner than the L store. Thanks!

I have been a regular at this store for years and it just gets worse and worse. Over crowded aisles. Almost exclusively self service checkout. Cannot find anyone to help you on the floor, and when you do it’s”not there dept” so you have to wait another 10 mins for them to find someone who can actually help you.

We are doing a complete bathroom remodel and they had everything we needed

This store is usually a good place to get what your needing in the home improvement category. However, don't lean to hard on the delivery date promises. The outside lawn & garden folk are very friendly. Although they could use help to water the shrubs better. One person can't run the register and water plants. The (grey hair white male) guy in the paint department that I've interacted with really knows his stuff!!

Super friendly people work here. Could very well be the best store in the chain.

I bought my refrigerator three days ago. They promised to deliver it today. I called to see what time they were coming. They do not even see when I bought it. Now the manger can't prove I purchased it, even with my receipt . They had issues that are internal so they cannot deliver. This is NOT my fault. You store needs to get your team trained and have visibility when someone uses the self Kiosk! Vey upset and need my refrigerator !

A year ago, this store was awesome. I could find anything I needed and all of the employees were no nice. Today, I asked for assistance in cutting baseboards. (I am a female.) A heavy-set female employee huffed and said, "That's supposed to be self-service." When she saw I was incredulous, she added, "But I will see if I can get someone over here." She didn't sound confident at all that she would be able to get someone over there. She sarcastically called for help and a nice male employee came and cut it. I shouldn't have to pitch a fit to get customer service. I called the manager, who acted like he didn't know the employee I'm talking about. That same woman siting at the Pro Desk on her cell phone every single time I come in there. I told him that I would be calling corporate for any further issues. This is a safety issue.

They made me feel like I was stealing and I was at the checkout!!!

Finally moved to a location with a home depot. The past 3 times I’ve gone Mike has been there to help me throughout the store. Friendly workers and a clean store.

Purchased a appliance for a great price. Sales team were very helpful and friendly. Will shop here again.

I have the card from other home store and they don’t have the washer and dryer that I want so Home Depot match the price.

I drove 45 minutes from my home to get to this store. The trip was well worth it. The customer service was excellent. I couldn't have been happier.

Very informative staff and helped me find all my appliances and made sure they were in stock so that I could quickly get the items I was needing.

I entered the store yesterday to set up an order for delivery I had placed online. The paper I handed the lady stated confusion as what I thought was an order was not in their computer so they had to find what I was wanted and basically start over. A few employees put their heads together and figured out all out and I let the store with a delivery date and a bit of debt to Home Depot but worth 24 months of no interest.

The Lady in costumer service name was Jackie I can't say enough about her she was so helpful

Helpful, loaded door into truck as if it were there door which is what I expect. Taking great care if your purchase.
