JUPITER Home Depot is my favorite One to go! They are always friendly and I never have a problem with that customer service department!

Great customer service

Our Home Depot in Jupiter, Florida is the best. We can take a bag of a broken part and someone can direct us to get a replacement.

The store was clean and the employees helped me find the product that I needed. They also loaded it in my car.

Without question the superior Home Depot in northern Palm Beach County. Clean, efficient, well stocked, friendly...everything it's supposed to be.

This store always has friendly and happy staff. everybody I talk to always knows where stuff is and there's always an expert if I have a question. Definitely my favorite location.

The employee Joanne need to treat your customer better.

Ashley Segura who works at the customer service was friendly, helpful and went out of her way to help on my returned items. She put you at ease and had a "no problem, we can do this attitude."

Knowledgeable sales people and helped me find what I needed and the store was clean

Was treated horribly by Lorrie. Worst customer service I've ever seen in the 7 years I've been shopping here at this location.

Always have what you need.

A good place to look for what you came to buy, if you cant find it yourself the knowledgeable staff will, or research and place a special order if its not on premises. And undoubtedly you will find other useful items in plain sight before leaving.

Within 5 minutes of entering the store I was asked if I needed help, and received it. Each dept salesperson patiently answered my many questions, gave excellent advice & solutions, and loaded heavy boxes onto my cart. The front end supervisor explained the "will call" procedure, and arranged for curbside pick up. I had many large boxes, so this courtesy was greatly appreciated. The store was clean, aisles free, and stocked with everything I needed. It's my favorite HD in our area.

My favorite location! Each and every employee I encountered was friendly and knowledgeable. Will go out of my way to shop at this location. .

The Home Depot in Jupiter is in line with ALL of the other types of Business, and Business People in Florida. No better, No worse, There is a reason that it is called FLORI-DUH. Most of the folks in Fla could NOT hold a job in NY City or the North East for more than 3 days. Folks here are friendly, and the weather is great, BUT FLA FOLKS HAVE 2 SPEEDS, "SLOW AND STOP.

The store is filled with merchandise and employees but you can’t get help or find what you need.

I have been shopping at Home Depot for as long as they have been in Jupiter. I can always find a friendly helper. This day it was Jeanette who took the time to make sure I got well taken care of. Greatly appreciate the attention.

They need to stock all the varieties of Kingsford Mini Logs, in sufficient quantities. Also a better in store selection of wood/charcoal offset smokers would be nice.

The long term associates at the Jupiter store are awesome. Jeff, Larry, Shelby, Steve, Judy, Daya and others, are the best. Very professional and hard working. Thank you everyone and enjoy your holidays.

Low stock. Misplaced items on shelves. Inventory didn't match website. No assistance available. Didn't even have plastic bags at checkout.

Very clean and employees are very helpful

I've already told my friends to take the drive to Jupiter. The store is immaculate and the garden section is a tropical paradise. The plants are well cared for AND of the three stores I visited on Black Friday looking for the Ryobi blower I needed to clean my patio, Jupiter was the only one with my blower AND the POINSETTA special. 6/$10. I was lined up at the other stores and many people went away unhappy at 6am because there was no $.99 pointsetta special they were expecting. The plants I found at the Jupiter Garden Center were so healthy and vibrant. I planted them right away. Not one wilted. I bought a few Pentas too because they looked so nice. I told my garden friends Jupiter is the only Home Depot to shop for all your home needs. It was such a pleasant experience. Even the parking lot is full of trees making shopping so nice. I hope you get the picture. I was REALLY IMPRESSED with the Jupiter store.

Tony in the paint department was great! Answered all of our questions and additionally gave advice. Very personable and a joy to communicate with.

Denise Beaudoin in doors/windows is helpful and pleasant to communicate with. Wendy the cashier is very sweet and friendly. It is a relief to see employees who actually care about doing their job.
