I spent a lot of money there this month well over 2000 and still counting the store has everything we’re looking for

I recently purchased lots of flowers for my garden. You always have a great selection. And quality plantings as well. The Jupiter store has always been my favorite. Also, I just purchased a washer/dryer on October 27, 2021 with salesman, John Holland. He’s a great guy to work with. Very knowledgeable. Transaction went very smoothly as result of his thoroughness!

The personnel in the paint department are most helpful and knowledgeable.

I am a builder across 4 states in the south east. The Jupiter Store is by far the best HD Store I have been to in my 30yrs of building

The home remodel I am doing needs many Home Depot items and the help of many employees. Everything is great (except for wait time on things that have to be ordered, like windows and doors).............employees are helpful, friendly, knowledgeable--- and they make it fun to shop at Home Depot.

I was asked If I needed help and the employee (SAL) did more than that... He went above and beyond!! He actually helped me find what I was looking for, helped me decide which product was best, then explained how to do it! SAM cut the wood, carried it up front, and loaded my truck all with a SMILE and no complaints!

I am very grateful to Danny, the store Manager at the Jupiter, FL Home Depot for listening to our concerns about a purchase we made. He was very responsive and put us in the capable hands of Tisa the expediter. She resolved our issue quickly and efficiently and we couldn’t be more pleased. Shelby, in the appliance department is always very helpful as well. We appreciate these people very much. They exemplify the excellent customer service we have come to expect from the Jupiter Home Depot.

I don't usually write reviews and I am very private about sharing information. But John at the paint department was exceptional. In this day and age, some young employees can sometimes be curt and impatient. But John, at the paint department, came over to assist us when he noticed we were struggling with our paint color choices. He was patient and knowledgeable. We were not even planning to purchase anything but he helped us feel comfortable enough to purchase samples and will return to HomeDepot once we finalize our paint choice

Before I start let me preference by saying I shop at home Depot throughout Palm Beach county all the time. With that being said I must say my experience here at home Depot off of indiantown road has been one of the worst. It would have literally took the cashier 30 seconds to walk to the promotion section to check on a price but because that was not her department hardware she sent me to someone in hardware. Who passed me on to someone else working in hardware. Personally my experience today made me feel like no one at this store really wanted to work or help me.

A disinterest workforce is not helpful to your reputation. I asked for help and was told to wait for someone else, the first guy didn't want to help me even though he was not busy, the second guy who was supposed to help did not appear so I had to go and find the first one again. He said what I wanted was not in his department (it was 3 aisles over) . Is it too much to ask to get help? No one wants to make eye contact and help a customer. Maybe you need to remind the staff that their only purpose is to help customers, if they don't want to do this it may be time for a career change. After all their entire purpose in life is to help customers, or maybe there is another reason they are in the store? Remind them no customers coming in will equate to no job for them.

This Store has always provided excellent service and availability for my contracting and personnel needs

Yes because we live in Jupiter and we most try to support our local businesses. However, the number of employees just walking around and ignoring customers casts a shadow over the few outstanding employees who go above and beyond their jobs descriptions.

This location is located near my home and I have used them every step of the way for all of my renovations. Each employee has played a role to ensure the best experience each time I have needed to purchase an item. I would highly recommend this location for any future purchases! The store has always had the products I need, an amazing staff to assist me along the way, and the store is always clean and organized!

This Jupiter store is stocked very well. From paint to mulch to floor covering and hardware items. It also has a very helpful engaging staff. Jennifer in the nursery is exceptional. The store was orderly and well stocked. I have a vacation home in Jupiter, FL and live in Pittsburgh, PA and visit the Jupiter store every visit to Jupiter. BTW I’m also pleased with your Bridgeville no, PA store when in Pitttsburgh.

Mario, a young man who doesn't work in the lawn and garden department, was very quick to say yes when I asked if he could help me. He dropped everything, helped me find what I was looking for, load 45 brick pavers onto a flatbed cart and then proceeded to load them in my car for me.

Dan in Hardware found what I needed in another store and the Jupiter Assistant Manager - Jill (that was visiting another store) brought the product to the Jupiter store for me. It was amazing to see that HD would go this extra long mile for the customer's satisfaction. It would not have happened if Dan did not stick with me until I had the product in hand. Wow!!

Now that this store has settled down from their huge expansion and the employees have gotten more familiar with where everything is at, it's a pleasure to shop in the Jupiter store.

Store was neat and clean. Pleasantly greeted by staff and excellent customer service in selecting products to organize my garage. Best Home Depot I've been to in awhile. Would recommend to others.

James in the paint department was a total asset to helping me find the colors needed to paint.

I always have a great experience at this store, the employees of the Jupiter store are on a whole the friendliest around this area.

Best HD store. All the associates are friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Love shopping at the Home Depot in Jupiter! Curbside pickup is a great feature and so easy.
