Shopping here was nothing short of frustrating. There were no lumber carts because they were filled with stuff that had been returned or pulled for orders, and in the parking lot. It took about 30 min to checkout. They need more employees.

The store employees make this store one for a very pleasant shopping experience. Aisles are clearly marked.

I always have great service from the employees, and they know what they are doing!

The store is very clean and the atmosphere is really open and easy feeling. The workers are very kind an helpful. The plants are all, always, in excellent condition and everything is easy to find.

Nice store to shop at

Very knowledgeable employees! The young woman in appliances did an outstanding job helping me select my new washer/dryer combination. She answered questions I didn’t even think to ask! I had left my Home Depot credit card at home but the staff issued me a temporary shopping pass for my purchases. My purchases reached a limit that triggered an alert of possible fraud on my account. This was quickly and professionally resolved by a seasoned associate named Rusty making a phone call. I don’t ever remember having such a pleasant and productive shopping experience at one of these home improvement big box stores. I would highly recommend Home Depot #0810 in Jasper, AL!

Great Store!

This store is very well organized and had all the items I needed. The employees were very helpful and most courteous.

Normally I get good service from this store. This trip the cashier that checked me out was replaced by another cashier that was standing close by. My husband checked out after me and the new cashier tried to charge me again for my purchase and made me feel like crap when I told her I just paid for it and that she was standing right there when I did. Maybe they need to be attentive to what is going on around them, rather than making a customer feel they are doing something wrong. I also had a granite sample and my cashier said nothing about it needing to be checked out by a person in that dept, this other cashier made a big deal out of that too. Would have been fine if there had been someone in the granite dept when I was back there. Just don't like being made feel like I am doing something wrong, when I did NOT!

The store was in tip top shape. My sales associate was Taven and he was great!!

Had what I needed and sale associate Taven was beyond amazing I highly recommend finding him if he is working and you need assistance with plumbing!!!

First time I have every been in a store where the employee was so helpful. I know nothing about plumbing and he made my shopping experience the best was so incredibly helpful.

The young lady in the paint department was helpful, courteous & answered all of my questions. The store was clean & I found all of the items I needed to purchase.

I would like to commend Brittany Barnett for her excellent customer service during our interaction with her today when we purchased our kitchen suite. She is very personable and knowledable about the department she works in. I would definitely seek her out for any future needs we may have with regard to our kitchen. Thanks again, Brittany!

Very helpful and very nice.

I recently visited this store to purchase a lot terra cotta pots and they didn't have all I needed. I found a gentleman and asked if they had more and he was super nice and went above and beyond to help me. He's not the reason for three stars. The reason for three stars is the cashier in the garden center. When you buy breakable items "such as terra cotta clay pots" they should wrap them so they don't break in transport! She acted like she could care less whether they broke or not. Guess next purchase I'll bring my own newspaper to wrap my items. Other than that this is a great store and I highly recommend this store to everyone.
