Got great assistance today at Home Depot Jasper Al from Dana and Drake. Very helpful and accommodating. Great experience.

I buy here all the time and this store is convenient and clean. The only thing i find needing is a better attention in helping to load heavy purchases. Other than this this is a good store that i enjoy visiting and purchasing from.

I was welcomed with a genuine smile. All employees where knowledgeable about anything I asked for & knew exactly where it was located, plus walked with me to insure I got exactly what I needed. Asked if I needed further assistance with anything else… it’s defin The kind of service you expect to get when you are a shopper in a store. I didn’t see one person with a bad attitude or smart mouth etc. I haven’t seen this type of behavior while shopping in other stores in a long time. It was great! I will definitely be back soon!!! & should you need something from the Home Depot to go in your home this is the store to give your business too!!! My hats off to the Jasper Home Depot Store! I think you all deserve a raise Matt & Beth for sure plus the guy who helped me find those vent covers!!! Thanks again y’all are awesome!!

I have shopped many times at the Jasper Home Depot. The employees there are very helpful and made finding what I needed easier. This is a very good asset to the Jasper community.

EXCELLENT service! Appreciate Randy Haynie's patience and customer service in selling me a grill over the phone. He coordinated assembly and delivery to make the purchase easy and stress free.

The cashier- Kim- at the return center was intentionally ignorant and rude. She made me wait 16 minutes and helped 4 other people that came up AFTER I had on the other side of the counter before she finally came over to me, only because the fifth person she was about to help said something to her.

Jasper Store is the best around, they got the stuff you need and its easy to access.

No one ask to help me when I was clearly in disarray I even approached an employee he did not acknowledge me . Cashier was not friendly no type salutation…

The store manager is always on top of everything I need. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and a great manager. The store is well stocked, and many services are recommended.

The lady was very helpful with my washer and dryer purchase.. even showed me some more on line. I was asked several times through out the store if I needed help! I will for sure be back!!

I had to return an item and the clerk was very helpful and a joy to deal with. I told her we were there to buy an appliance and she paged the appliance person to come help us. Very helpful person!

Very helpful and friendly employees! From my experience getting my dishwasher from the cashier and young man loading it to my truck it was very nice experience! Rachel was my salesperson helping with my dishwasher she was very helpful and the nicest person I’ve ever bought from.

Purchase of tiller was great but found a broken gas cap when I got home or they would have got a 5. Morgan was extremely helpful

The Jasper Home Depot Store is my favorite. The associates are always friendly and helpful, but most of all they are full of patience when it comes to me at least. I have had associates that have went above and beyond to help me with getting the things I need.

Very helpful staff , very nicely stocked, excellent customer service. I just wish lumber prices would come back to normal, it’s killing us.

Don’t buy anything heavy, the employees are too lazy to help load it.

Eric is a great asset to this store, when I go there , I look for him. But if not there, all customer service people do their best to make sure my shopping experience is beyond expectations. I will be back.

Rest people, and very organized

The sales associate (Roman) at this store was exceptional. The delivery drivers showed up at the time they stated they would arrive and were very courteous as well. Great experience! Will shop there from now on for our home improvement needs.

On 09/07/2020 I visited the Jasper Alabama location to purchase 1x4x14 lumber (SKU 195291). As I have purchased these boards at the Jasper location many times before I could not locate them – hard to miss a 14 foot board. The polite lady at the Pro Desk gave me the isle and bay location although I could not locate the item. Not seeing any sales associate around me I returned to the front of the store. I spotted a employee and asked him for help. He replied “you will have to find someone in lumber” he then walked off and started talking to some men in the checkout line. Obviously, this guy did not care. I returned to the Pro Desk and asked the polite lady again about the lumber. She then got up and went to the location only to not find the product. She did locate a young man who then assisted me only to determine inventory was wrong and they were out of the product. I saw the man again that I first asked for assistance and stated to him “ you know I asked you for help and you done nothing” he arrogantly replied “I told you to find someone in lumber”, then walked off. The arrogant and non-caring attitude of this 1 employee will determine if I drive to Home Depot or Lowe’s for future purchases. I would appreciate an email from the store manager.

The Jasper Home Depot is a good place to shop. They usually have products in stock and if they don't, they'll find a way to get it to you if you need it. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I know they have a hard job. Dealing with the public and walking on that concrete floor all day. I appreciate everything they do.
