Good service and great value

Cashier Dina is awesome, just FYI. Also, this store can use an All-organic gardening section! It would make it easier to locate the organic items for our plants as well as ensure that the items are kept fully in stock. Thanks!

The parking lot is a real zoo! However, the inside of the store is clean and well organized.

Everyone is very accommodating, knowledgeable and provides exceptionally great customer service. No need to ask for assistance because they come to you.

Even if you have to drive an extra 15-20 minutes to arrive at this store, I would recommend it. This Home Depot hardly ever lacks in sufficient supplies of inventory, THE BEST customer service and knowledgeable employees that can help guide you in exactly what you need to complete your purchase. I rate this City of Industry location as THE BEST Home Depot in Southern California, and I have visited many throughout the region.

Chris Coach is an all star employee. Made my project feel like it was his own. You can tell he is a veteran not only knowledge wise but also customer service. He knows how to make a casual consumer a customer. Thanks for all your help Chris and I will check in to make sure this has not gone unnoticed.

Return desk employee at 9 a.m. on 4/8/20 was extremely rude to me. She acted like she didn't want to be there. It's already a pain to make a return, but then to have attitude on top of it was embarrassing and uncalled for. The store overall is clean and organized. The parking was 90% full, but not many customers. I'd go out of my way to use another location based on my experience at returns.

HEAVEN FOR HANDYMEN

1) Very cluttered store 2) A few rude cashiers and associates who work the floors 3) Very few experienced associates in departments 4) Parking is insane! Be cautious while crossing the driveway from the parking lot to the store entrance. I almost got hit by fast approaching cars and body swiped from another. Talked to the assistant manager to post speed limit signs or possible speed bumps to avoid a lawsuit or someone seriously injured. Obviously, nothing has been done.

The store is getting better than it used to be.

Employees at this store go the extra mile to ensure you have the correct items you need!

Want experience shopping in a 3rd world, non-English speaki,g environment, devoid of common sense and any sense of urgency? Then you have get yourself to the Home Depot in the City of Industry in So Cal. Everything that makes residents hate living in California, is found in this store.

No so happy with this store

this store is getting harder and harder to find an employee for help. I asked twice for someone to call for assistance in a certain area while I waited and no one showed for a long time so I went looking and could not find anyone for that department. Finally Chris showed but he was already committed to another customer and he told me to look for another worker which I did but none could be found. So I waited till he was free (long wait)! He was very helpful and nice. Store needs more workers to help customers. Used to be the other way around. No more!

COACH CHRIS WAS VERY HELPFUL, ASSISTED ME WITH QUESTIONS I HAD REGARDING PLUMBING

I had a horrible experience at Home Depot in City of Industry. An employee by the name of Garfield, yelled at me for attempting to see if a clamp would fine on a pipe. He seemed to be in a bad mood or perhaps was having a bad day. Not only did he yell at me in front of other customers, he also yelled at me in front of my young son, which I find extremely disrespectful. Then when I asked to speak to his supervisor, he said he was the store manager. I proceeded to find the rightful manager, by asking around, and that’s when I came in contact with Jordan. Although Jordan did not yell at me, he was extremely rude and ill-mannered. I had been working on installing equipment in my home, and was obviously not in my best attire, but that does not give him the right to treat me as if I am a bum off the street, when in fact I am a loyal and long time customer of Home Depot. For Company Like Home Depot feedback is at the epicenter of its efforts The company based its Service development entirely on the customer feedback.. And what's the point of doing a survey if nothing comes out of it?

I love my Home Depot neighborhood store, always stocked with the right products and the employees are insight, I never have to go search for a human body in a orange apron.
