Those who are familiar with chain stores know that the product map in store are almost the same. However, the professional quality of the store staff is the most important, such as the familiarity of the goods, suggest product selection to customers and other related services. When you come to City Of Industry The Home Depot, you'll see that.

Employee Chris Coach showed me exceptional customer service. He took the time to teach me about the products. Chris Coach was very resourceful and used a variety of ways to locate what I needed. He did all this with a positive attitude, good energy, humor and kindness.

If you're an average Joe homeowner, I recommend going to a different home depot. This store is really set up to serve, and populated by, contractors. Hordes upon endless hordes of screeching clamouring contractors. They think they know everything, more than the employees, more than you, more than their fellow beer gutted brethren. They're incredibly rude, break stuff, and leave stuff all over the store and parking lot every day. So if you want a nice, clean, friendly home improvement experience, choose another home depot. The one in glendora is really set up to fulfill the suburban dream.

Normally I go during weekend, the greeter at the door (don't know his name, elder white gentleman is the perfect employee). However, second time in a roll where I had negative experience at this store at night. Both time I spoke to the person within that department. Both time there were not many customer around so employee have time. First time I was looking for a particular kind of screw, employee simply told me all the screws are in a aisle, wouldn't even listen to what I need, I spend over 30 minutes looking for it. Second time I was asking how to remove a shower valve, employee insisted that I did it wrong, and gave me attitude for not listening to him (after removing the valve, he was wrong). I DO NOT expect employee at HD to know everything, not even within the department they work out of. Personally, I would prefer that if they don't know something, just say they don't know, then maybe go grab another employee who might know.

The store was clean and nice. Easy to find the items. Employees are very helpful and very polite.

Wonderful staff here at this Home Depot Location.

I would not recommend the store to my friends because there are employees like Kayla that have a really bad attitude I need to work on their customer service skills. Kayla should work nights and not be around customers.

Had a horrible experience with customer service today, 11/09/20 at 12:50 pm at the City of Industry store. Manager or someone in charge, Sarah (Asian woman) was extremely rude to customers and in particular to one elderly man, yelling, "I don't know what you want me to do. I CAN'T help you, " as he told her, "I am tired." She was also continually loudly and patronizingly saying to her cashier, Iris, "You NEED to go to lunch. SHUT down your register" This was in front of all the customers. She was very unprofessional and rude and we all felt so sorry for those she was yelling at. She was frantic and stressed, and should NOT have been doing that and behaving that way. Very disappointed.

Those employees are vert friendly like Chris Coach and Mako.

I if you ever need any help in plumbing Chris coach would be the person to go, he was very knowledgeable went step by step on how I can fix the plumbing under the kitchen sink and how to my reconnect my dishwasher I'm 60 and I do not have extra money for a plumber this is my mom's I'm her caregiver, and I thought I'd tackle it on my own. Chris gave me the confidence to fix it on my own. Thank you.

Store is awesome, but the only thing I would complain is actually not the store itself, is the parking lot. The parking space is VERY TIGHT. If you drive a pick up and park next to another pick up, you will understand.

the associates I encountered in that store in the 2 trips that I made for the refrigerator that I purchased were exceptional. I wouldnt get tired of going to that store even though I live in a different county/city

MY VISIT WAS VERY PLEASANT WITH CASHIER DESIREE. SHE WAS VERY NICE AND POLITE. IT WAS EASILY TO FIND WHAT I NEEDED AND THE STORE WAS CLEAN

The employee who works in the appliance department was rude and had no clue on washer and dryers. She was in a hurry to go home. Customer service was horrible. I would not recommend this Home Depot.

Chris Coach showed exemplary customer service when I asked for assistance. The interaction was very positive. We all need more positive experiences in our daily business, especially now. I am grateful for his assistance and the fact that he followed through and stayed with me until my question was completely answered and the desired item was located. Thank you Chris!
