I would recommend the store because I typically would recommend HD. This particular store is a bit more compact than others which is the only reason why it gets 4 stars instead of 5. Best to use the HD app to locate your item by aisle and shelf number to expedite the process. I find the people friendly and helpful in this store.I recently worked with the kitchen cabinet designer to develop a layout. The person was knowledgeable about the product and produced a 3D rendering of the layout immediately. I was able to place the cabinet order in the same sitting.

Great paint department. In times of COVID employee service makes the difference. Jay in the paint department in Hyannis was so helpful and efficient. I left the store thinking what a great experience.

The folks at Customer Service are an exemplary bunch of friendly, happy and professional people. We always find that dept to be top notch. And if you have a complicated situation or need extra help with a special order Chantal is the person to see! She is friendly, professional, good humored, determined to find you what you need, and makes sure the customer is very happy. Bravo on such a terrific employee.

Customer service is sorely lacking. Store is not well stocked. My special order, although paid for is more that 2 weeks overdue. Attempts to call the store for information on this order have led to being on hold for 40 minutes. Have not been given a definitive reason for why the order is not complete and extensions on date of arrival have come and gone without the product and no explanation for why it has not arrived. Communication is abysmal

The store aisles are always very crowded with merchandise and inventory. Employees are not very knowledgeable and in some cases not very helpful, i.e. do not help find items. Do not expect items to be available based on the HD website; I have frequently found that despite the website indicating items are available in the store, the items either are not available or they can not be found on the shelves. Damaged merchandise is often left on the shelves.

Store was dirty unorganized and crowded with floor display and stock piled on the floor

This is one of the worst, dirty, and cluttered Home Depot stores around, I have started to use the store in Wareham on Rte. 28.

I've had very positive experiences with the sales reps at this store, very helpful, patient and friendly. I found the products I was looking for and sometimes without assistance so found the store pretty well organized. I will definitely return to the Hyannis store, just wish I didn't have to track down the carpet installation measurement service.

During a recent visit to our local Home Depot, my wife and I received outstanding service from the appliance department associate. He worked with my wife and I as we decided on a washer and dryer combination. His product knowledge made the purchasing decision a winning experience. However, following delivery of the product, we found it necessary to get the store Assistant Manager involved to resolve a product performance issue with the manufacturer. The Assistant Manager promptly resolved the problem to our satisfaction. My wife and I have been loyal Home Depot customers since the stores were first introduced into the New England market. This recent experience with our local Home Depot proved that our loyalty to Home Depot brand is warranted. Thank you to the department associate, and the store Assistant Manage.

Jenny was awful! Rude, abrupt, just no customer service class at all. Sales associate, manager, I don’t care who you are, don’t be in customer service if you’re not patient, kind, and friendly. Jenny is a miserable, rude person.

I originally went to this store to compare faux wood blinds. The sales associate who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. She answered all of my questions quickly and efficiently and then added information that I had not considered which helped in making my choice of product. She cut each of the eleven (11) blinds I purchased. I noticed that with each cut she checked the measurement to guarantee the required fit. She was professional and engaging the entire time, all the while answering questions of other customers as necessary. I would not hesitate to shop here again. She made my Home Depot shopping experience an enjoyable one.

I’ve been doing business with this store since it opened and I got to know a lot of employees throughout the years and I love the care I get when I go there.

I worked at this location 2612 for a period of time in my past. War stories to curl the hair of Personal Injury Attorney. An extremely small store for the volume of merchandise sold. But some of the people who can endure the working conditions and Self Centered nature of the Full Time career folks do okay.

Too many displays blocking aisles and too few employees to help

Being unable to order something that was in the store, online I entered the store on 14 June and met a gentleman at the courtesy booth name Richard. He went way out of his way to help me with my order and I really appreciate the assistance that he provided. The store generally has great employees that show great customer service! When I was questioning store representatives about the location of a product, The first didn’t know, the second was dismissive but the third took the time to walk me to the section while inquiring about the task and offered above and beyond knowledge to my great satisfaction.

Making believe they are counting the people entering the store in compliance with the state mandate on the pandemic. However no one is keeping track of the people leaving. Anyone wanting to get in were allowed. Employees routinely ignore customers needing help with heavy items.

Don't expect help when you do self check out. They roll their eyes at you because the SKU didn't work and had to stop personal conversations with other employees to help you. Left the screen on the employee screen and when I asked her back the second time to bring it back to customer's screen so I could pay. She looked at the screen and at me and said "what else did you want?" While not realizing it's in a screen for employees not for customers. I want you to do your job without rolling your eyes at me. Sorry I was interrupting your personal conversation with a co-worker, not practicing personal distance, laughing and giggling. Why don't you call them after work and do your job?

Associates are friendly and helpful. But at this instant, the store is a little behind current government recommendations regarding social distancing, designed to protect the lives of customers, associates, and the rest of Massachusetts. In some cases associates are hovering very near the self checkout stations, which would otherwise be ideal for paying for one's purchase in a relatively safe way.

Appliance salesperson, Stephen (last name?) Was incredibly professional, friendly, knowledgeable And patient! He made the whole experience so much nicer!

The staff was friendly and helpful. They had what I needed in stock.
