Picked up some plants at HD. Pleased to say the choices were good AND they were ALL watered and healthy. So often when plant shopping other places, I see pot after pot that is bone dry. What a waste! Also very pleased with genuine pleasant attitudes and sincere willingness to assist from garden area staff. Will be going back for more flower and veggie plants.

The store was clean and well organized. After spending a lot of time trying to track down an employee to get help I finally found the last two things I needed. The associates that helped me were very friendly and easy to talk to.

Michelle is the best in the paint department. If you need help with paint or stain, she's the one to go to. She takes all the time you need to get the right color, and she is very knowledgeable.

All the supplies were found at the Home Depot. The store associates are very helpful when you ask for assistance.

The Associates employed by The Home Depot in THIS exact store location are without a doubt are some of the Most Courteous, Friendly, Very Helpful and Vastly Knowledgeable within their fields of expertise and in the flow of the basic operation of the store in and of itself. And for those reasons alone I'd go out of my way to go here Every time ~ Any time I had home improvement/maintenance needs whether I lived 5, 10, 30, 80 or 100 miles away from this store location (in Hutto, TX) I Would opt to drive all those miles out of my way, passing up all the other home improvement/maintenance stores along the route, in order to go to THIS EXACT Home Depot Location!

Shipped here multiple times. Store employees are generally helpful and nice. However, this store has a history or repacking returns that are already broken and reselling them again. Happened multiple times over the past year. They need to check returns before taping them up and putting them back on the shel .

It's close to where I live an always have great costumer experience great people working always asking if you need help looking for stuff . very pleased

Friendly and professional stuff a specially in appliance department.

Trying to find one item and got no help at all. Horrendous customer service at this location. I saw so many employees just standing around, to busy chatting with each other to help employees. If you do need help, heaven forbid, they shoot you this look like you are the scum of the universe

By far the best experience I have ever had a Home Depot. Pearl in the appliance department went way above and beyond my expectations in helping me find a refrigerator quickly and to get it to me as soon as possible. I would definitely return to her to purchase replacement appliances for my home.

Really helpful people. Willie was great help and really happy to help me. He even help me carring my trees too my truck, and told me what to put on the roots to help them grow stronger.

Going to Home Depot is like going to a tupperware party where you have outrageously, funny friends...but there's no tupperware...or alcohol. Good times!

The cashier Christina, was very friendly and helpful. She was quick and attentive. She made sure that I got my merchandise and reminded me of the survey. I was appreciative that she did not just push me out and move onto the next customer. I feel like she treated me with dignity.

I would think that every associate on the floor should know where every product is located. A lot of them do know, but a fair amount do not. The good ones take you right to the location, others point to an area or give you a range of isles to look in. Many times I cannot find anyone to help me, when I do I think they should know the store. Overall, you do a great job, store could be a lot neater. I see guys just standing around when they could be straigting

stop to look at kitchen items and people are super friendly and helpful.... even laughed at my dumb jokes

The store was clean but the staff is not very well versed in customer service. It appears they have other agendas to be taking their time.

The cashier gives you hassle-free returns with product and receipt in hand.

Superstore, all staff is very friendly, cashier Michelle C was very helpful in finding the item I needed, it is awesome that the cashiers are trained to help you find items. It makes life easier when you are not too familiar with the store.

This store is always clean and you are never far from someone asking if you need help with anything. I haven't walked out with out what I needed and more.

All the products and services that I was searching for my summer project was found at The Home Depot. Thank you.

Love this store! Everyone is friendly and helpful! Not crazy about having to walk all the way to Cash Register 1 when we parked by Garden! That is a looooonnnnngggg walk! More registers placed in the store at the other end (not the hot garden registers) in the cool of the store by the entrance, PLEASE!!!

Clean store & friendly store employees. I can usually find almost anything I am looking for at this hardware store. Great prices for good quality paint & outdoor patio furniture.

I have been to several Home Depo's and the one in Hutto is by far cleaner and products located where they are supposed to be and not scattered or mixed up. Very helpful employees and the cashier was especially helpful and polite. A great employee and a tribute to the company. Pleas keep up the great work the customers truly depend on all of you for your support. Thanks for being here.

This Home Depot is by far the best in my opinion from the helpfulness of the employees to the appearance of the store the ease of the parking lot. I just really like this one I work close to the Georgetown one and live close to the Round Rock one but they are not as easy to deal with mainly due to parking parking means a lot you know I want to be able to find a spot that's fairly close but still not get run over in the parking lot

If you need something find Larry in Lumber! This guy was our Home Depot Hero! While the other young employees are lost.. Larry has it together!
