Employees from the greeter to the checker are friendly and helpful. The store is clean and orderly. The employees who walk around are knowledgeable and accurate with their instructions or suggestions. The only complaint I have is that the cleaning supplies are frequently out of stock. I prefer to use the non-name brands that Home Depot carries from laundry items to paper products to cleaning products and it's frustrating when we go there to purchase multiple items and walk out with nothing. I understand that it's become hard for y'all to maintain stock during the pandemic but it's still frustrating because your products are a better quality and price than HEB. Despite the product shortages we will continue to only shop at our Hutto Home Depot!

The Hutto Home Depot Store was clean, neat and the employees were all asking if we needed any help finding anything. That is the way customer service is suppose to be.

Very well run store. There is almost anything you would need in one store. Employees are very helpful. Within the employee group there is vast knowledge of anything you may need help with. The website has videos and other instructional media to help you with any project.

Had the best experience today. If you have any questions about lawn equipment go to the garden section and ask for Michael. He was extremely knowledgeable.

If you are in need of any gardening questions ask for Michael. He works in the garden department on the weekends. This guy is hands down the best employee at this location. He is so knowledgeable, helpful, nice and you can tell he loves his job. He went above and beyond in helping us with our questions. We recommend him 100% you will not be dissatisfied.

I called Hutto Home Depot after trying several other retailers. I was looking to purchase a fridge for my 22 year old son who lives in the area. He is moving into his first home and needs a refrigerator. I am trying to accomplish this task from several hundred miles away (Corpus Christi) . I was looking for a specific color, size and needed it delivered on or around move in time. This was proving to be an almost impossible task until I decided to call Hutto Home Depot. I was put in contact with Pearl in appliances. Pearl took the time to listen to a very concerned stressed mother. She assured me she would do everything she could to find me what I was looking for and help to get it delivered when I needed. She took my information, budget, color, specifics and promised to call me back by 5. Pearl did just that! She found a refrigerator that we wanted, she completed sale over the phone, took my sons information, payment and VIOLA! I cannot express enough how much Pearl eased my mind and made this purchase a pleasant experience. If everyone in this world had the compassion and concern for another human being as Pearl did, we would live in a much better world. Pearl was cheerful, knowledgably, patient, efficient and showed empathy which was most important in this situation. Thank you to Hutto Home Depot, I am forever grateful and a loyal customer for life.

This one of the best hardware stores in the area. It is simple to find items you need and they have a great stock of supplies as well as helpful employees.

Even on a cloudy rainy day Miss Pearl in appliances was able to provide an awesome shopping experience and make our day! No matter how busy the store is or what time of the day you shop, you will always be greeted and assisted by a friendly associate. Shelves are usually fully stocked and the prices are better than the other big-box store in town.

This location is always well organized and all of the staff have been consistently friendly and helpful. I really appreciate that since I'm usually trying to find solutions for various issues around the house.

If you are concerned about COVID19, then don't go to this store. Management is not requiring customers to wears masks, and an employee said "we have bigger problems!"

The Hutto store is, hands down, the friendliest, most efficent Home Depot in the north Austin suburban area. My only regret about this review is that I can only give 5 stars. This store deserves 10 stars!

The Home Depot is making it very safe to shop for your home needs. There's social distancing of 6 feet and the employees are wearing face masks. The customers are also shopping with face masks on. Two thumbs up to The Home Depot.

TINA (front door employee) will not stop looking at her phone and will not offer any assistance to any customer. AMY (returns employee) will not offer any customer care or assistance and flirted with the boy behind the counter. 3 EMPLOYEES (in the cleaning isle) First it was a girl standing there and then the 2 boys showed up and one of the boys said - "Oh there you are." and the laughing and joking began. This should be done in the breakroom or outside where it doesn't leave an impression on the customers that they are slacking and not working. KAILEY (self check out employee) will stand with her skin touching yours and after reminding her kindly that it is not safe and she needs to practice social distancing she will continue to touch you - it was almost like she was doing it on purpose. so i finally got firm and told her to back up - she then went and flirted with the boy at the next register, which was fine with me cause she walked away from me. Going to this store was like stepping back in time to high school and the girls are all chasing the boys (*Don't get me wrong I was young once lol) but there needs to be a level of professionalism and understanding of the world we now live in. Not one person I came across provided it, but I avoid this store for this exact reason. It's employed by a bunch of kids who don't care and there is never a manager available, cause one never came the 2 times I asked for one.

I’ve shopped at this Home Depot store many years & always had a pleasant experience, with very friendly, accommodating staff, but on this occasion, I encountered a cashier who was the opposite. I went to the garden center to purchase pavers for my yard, amongst a few other things and actually had to make several trips. AT checkout, Natalia (cashier) asks me how much the pavers were. I replied $1.48. She then looks over me at another associate & says we need to check the price back there for these, because customers keep saying they’re $1.48, but they’re suppose to be $2.18. I left the store, came back say day, but did checkout with cashier, Milton this visit; more pavers, no issue with price. So the next morning, I went back to the store for a few more pavers to finalize my project. Natalia was at checkout again, but this time she didn’t ask for the price. I noticed she inputed $2.18, so asked did you get those at $1.48? She says “No, they’re $2.18.” I replied, We talked yesterday, they’re listed at $1.48. So she calls for a manager; 4-5 mins pass, but no one shows, so I asked for Milton’s help. He comes over, measures the pavers, & pulls them up at $1.48. I hear him say twice to Natalia, “You must have pulled up the wrong one” yet she turns to me, abruptly gives my total at $145 with no apology. She then goes on to say that if I came back, the price would be $2.18; PRICE GOUGING!! I realize that this individual does not represent Home Depot as a whole & would not influence my decision to shop there again, however this encounter was very unfortunate. I’m hopeful that by sharing my experience, this will be addressed with Natalia so that she’s more mindful & respectful of Home Depot’s customers.

they do not provide wipes for the carts, employee standing near them did not indicate that they had been sanitized. I was looking for dust masks and found several sets on the shelf, I chose two and some other items, on check out , there was alert that the mask were not for sale. The masks were on the store shelves and no signage saying there were any limits. Could not get an answer from the employee

Well, where to start!! It’s not safe in light of today’s pandemic, as it’s not clean, nor do they offer clean carts, clean hand held scanners, or any sanitizer when you check out. No sanitized cloths when you arrive, so in essence they have don’t NOTHING to help spread stop the spread of the disease we’re living with. The parking lot is littered with trash and broken glass, and carts are scattered. I won’t be going back to this store in the near future.
