I went to the paint dept at home depot besides getting expert advise I received a big discount which they are running today so got my paint just about 1/2 the price with the discount.

I was looking for a plant that was advertised in the circular I had and I wanted to buy. I went to this location since I was already in the area from doing something else so I decided I would just stop by before going home and then having to go out again to my local Home Depot. They helped me find the plant I was looking for I was able to chose which one I wanted then buy it and bring it home so I saved myself time and got he plant I wanted at the same time

I have been using this home depot for last 7 years. They often send coupon in a mail. Sometime $10 off when i purchase $100 worth of products, sometime $25 off when i purchase $200. Last time some lady name julie denied to use that coupon because she said so couldn't scan the barcode. I asked her to enter barcode number manually she didn't know how to do that. So, i lost saving of $25.00 when i spent $420.22. I will never shop home depot again.

Debbie at the Huntington Home Depot goes above and beyond to help the store's customers. Rather than sending you on a wild goose chase to find what you're looking for, she accompanies you to find the items. And she knows where EVERYTHING is. Debbie is the best!

I am a general contractor who is doing a large residential project in the Huntington area. I stop in the Huntington location most days a few minutes after the stores opening. On a few occasions I saw a gentleman who appeared to be in a managerial position talking down to and degrading his employees. I thought that it was not my business to get involved so went on with my day. This happened maybe 3 or 4 times before one shopping experience where I came in and saw this same worker kicking boxes and cursing in front of muselfnand a couple other customers. I kindly asked a store associate who this gentleman was and they proceeded to tell me that his name was Rich and he was the “Store Manager” Also that this behavior was somewhat of a daily occurance for him. I responded with “oh really” and the associate began to explain that Rich believes in Motivation by Intimidation. I felt a responsibility to let Home Depot know immediately what was going on in there store and to write a revie to let other contractors and customers know what was going on. It is extremely unprofessional to show this type of behavior in front of customers especially when you are a manager of the store.

Huge inventory, great staff, when I had to ask where something was, I was escorted there! Store is immaculate and even the store manager is not above doing dirty work. Love it there.

Home Depot used to pride itself on service, not this store. I don't know when I became invisible but no matter how many associates I pass it's obvious they have more important things to do than make any kind of eye contact to be available to help.

If you are in need of help in the paint department GO SEE FRAN!!! She is seriously the most helpful person I have ever met. Choosing paint is SO challenging and Fran couldn't be more helpful or patient. THANK YOU FRAN!!!!
