Kayla at Customer Service was EXCEPTIONALLY HELPFUL! She went out of her way to help us with a difficult order. She was courteous, informative, patient and very calm. Perfect example of a well trained, efficient employee who shows she cares about the customer service experience.

Extremely clean restrooms,Very organized and shelves are for the most part always fully stocked.Honestly this is my favorite store in the Tristate,All your needs and questions will be meet and answered here at the Home-Depot of Huntington!

The store associates were incredible: Susan, Patty and Natisha. My husband and I entered with our two small foster children in order to replace a washer, dryer and grill that all decided to "die" within the same week. At a time when everything and everyone is on edge, Susan and her colleagues made us feel comfortable and welcomed. This is a superior level of customer service that I rarely see in any establishment at any time. Thank you to Susan and her team!

This is the best Home Depot on Long Island! The staff is amazing, the store is clean, and the stock is always loaded. It's the only Home Depot I will shop at.

I placed an online order. I got a call the next day saying the item was not in stock and the order was cancelled. I was passed around on the phone for 30 minutes before finally, accidentally, being connected with the department. The floor associate told me the item was in fact in stock, the other associates just couldn't find it. So I went to the store and re-purchased it. Now I have to call again because part of the cancelled order was on a gift card and it was not reimbursed when the order cancelled.

Our experience with purchasing a Kitchen Aid Grill was lovely - the price- the store- the staff! 5 stars with all we give them, we will be back

There are 3 home de[pots near me, Commack, Farmingdale and huntington. I favor Huntington because of the employes and the way the store is stocked

Matt in the paint department was very helpful, knowledgable, friendly, and efficient. Such a pleasure to have interacted with him. I was there on 5/29/20 and he helped me decide on paint choices and how to go about the paint job...what to do and what to avoid doing. What a great employee. It's obvious that he enjoys helping the customers have a great experience even during these difficult Covid times. I hope that HD will let him know that he's appreciated by his customers. I've been going to this Huntington HD for 20+ years and I have to say that I think this crew of employees is the best ever even during this difficult and dangerous times.

During this Covid 19 pandemic Home Depot has taken the necessary precautions to keep their customers safe. Now that Long Island is beginning to open up there are a lot of contractors and homeowners in the store and I felt very safe. Any employee that we dealt with were very professional and knowledgeable.

This store is clean and always well stocked. Employees are always pleasant, friendly, helpful and considerate of all your needs.

I usually always dont look forward to going to Home Depot because I am a young girl and I always get lost and confused when in the store due to how big it is and how many different things they sell. I can never seem to find my way around the store, and usually the employees are not helpful. When I worked in retail, I was forced to welcome every single person that entered the store and ask if they needed help or had questions. This is not the case here. I walk in and am instantly overwhelmed. I try to find what I need but can not seem to so I usually ask for help. Most times I do not get much help they will either point me in a general direction were I get lost again, last time I went I got annoyed employees telling me they do not know how to help me.... Las time I went I asked the employee for help and she got very annoyed and was rude and did not help me what so ever. Luckily en employee named Vernoal saw I was in need of help and he went above and beyond. He personally walked me to everything I needed, and he helped me carry the shelving unit to my car because I could not carry it. He is the only employee that has truly helped me and cared about me as a paying customer. I usually am very upset with thr customer serivce here.

I think my Huntington Home Depot store is an incredible community resource. I was in to buy a new hot water heater and arrange for installation. The plumbing associate was incredibly knowledgable, and the installers were the most impressive, professional plumbers I have ever dealt with. They did a fantastic job installing my new hot water heater and I will be calling on them for some other plumbing jobs I have around the house now that I have seen the quality of their work. From gardening to nails, this store has everything a person would need to keep their home running smoothly and looking beautiful. I highly recommend shopping there.

Employees were rude and unwilling to put any effort forth except when it came time to close the store. They were quick to act at that point! Being a loyal Home Depot customer meant nothing to Head cashier/management. Having an issue with a coupon, they could care less and even after showing dissatisfaction they basically said don’t come back. We don’t care!

It is a joy to visit this store every single time I have purchase something for my home & garden. Every employee is always friendly & super helpful. I alwayas say that i want to move into the store. Really!

Today, November 7,2019, I was in the plumbing department and was helped by Pete. He was knowledgeable and polite. Pete took the time to show me the options I had. He assembled the item for my decision and showed me the proper way to rectify my issue. He was a breath of fresh air and I hope The Home Depot keeps him employed.

Sales reps are knowledgeable and supervisors go above and beyond to rectify any problems . They love their neighbor customers
