Great company and awesome employees!

It is disrespectful to be treated like a unknowledgeable individual. Worst of all to be assisted by a manager who’s flaws were recognized and did not apologize for their mistakes and lied too about inventory on hands

Good place to go, always crowded but you will get what you were looking for.

The employees at this location are very customer oriented. Today I had the pleasure to deal with Gaston, Benjamin & Nancy. All three were customer oriented, friendly and professional. Next time you need blinds see Benjamin. He will cut them to size to your exact specifications.

Most employees are friendly and willing to go the extra mile. One of the problems is that the parking lot is always full of carts (can damage your vehicle) and garbage (makes the store look run down). However my biggest issue the lack of lights in the parking lot. I feel fine going there at 6:00 am in the morning or 8:00 pm at night but I wouldn't want my wife or daughters in the parking lot at those times.

Upon my returns, it's always in great order .

Destiny, Helen, Jessica, Erica(service desk), as well as Emmanuel, Elizabeth, (cashiers), and Earlene,(manager), are amazing employees. They truly make shopping at the home depot an enjoyable experience. They are always happy and happy beaming associates, and as a daily shopper, 5 days a week, I really appreciate this. And love coming to this store!! The front end was clean and I was quickly assisted by these associates and it makes me smile every day.

If you are needing to go to the Pro Sales section, you can count on Ana Rodriguez to assist you. She had patience in resolving an issue we had as we are tax exempt and assisted me on how to register in the system and other matters.

I'm always satisfied and I recommend my friends and neighbors to these two location and also Pembroke Pine.

The store is not bad but they really need to have more employees working. Sometimes I need help and all employees are always busy and they do not have time to help me. I usually have to figure things out on my own. To me this is really important in order for me to come back in the future to come back again. Other than that Home Depot is a great store.
