I had a wonderful experience at this store today and way to go Lumey for your great customer service today. The employees was as well as kind and friendly but this manager just took the cake of it all.

We visited this Home Depot because my regular store was out of the Suncast Shed we wanted to purchase. We had exceptionally good service on this visit. Amanda and David in Gardening were wonderful. In the past, we avoided this store because we never could find someone to assist us. And when we did, they claimed not to speak English, which was very frustrating. Today's visit was great. Associates were helpful, spoke English and seem genuinely ready to assist you. Great visit.

the customer service is great and they always go above and beyond exceeding my expectations.

long wait periods for help in certain departments. the older employees seem quick to run away from customers, and even more so if you don't look or speak Spanish. I found the product I was looking for, Waited 20- 25 mins for a representative to help in the hardware department. Another customer was waiting to purchase custom length chain as well. I made the best of it and picked up other items while checking periodically. Before leaving, i noticed the other customer was finally getting attended and had the length of chain cut and bagged. I hurried over and asked the Employee to help me as well, as I needed only 3 ft of the exact chain. they refused and told me they would call someone for me. I decided to cut my loss of time and go to lowes.

Excellent Service

Ariel in Flooring was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There were several customers in the area and he managed to help us all. We ended up helping each other and it was a very pleasant experience. We bought everything for our project that night.

The store employees need some customer sevice training, the parking lot is a mess, still have Xmas plants that someone drop, logs, pieces of old equipment. I recomend the store because it the only one around.

I like the one at Okeechobee road near the Turnpike is the cleanest and best organized is a little far for me that is why I shop most of the time at the SE Hialeah.

This Store is well Managed, clean and shelves are organized... Employees are very pleasant, professional and Helpful. I was shopping for solar lights for hurricane victims in The Bahamas; having no idea what I needed... I was so Helped... Manager and staff took the time to explain types and functions, and help in deciding that which was conditionally necessary... I felt so loved, so cared for...I felt the pouring out of love from this Home Depot Employees for the Hurricane Ravished people I was shopping for...

I always get excellent services and 991\2 % of the time I get what I need.

The employee Jennifer is a great great great customer service worker and I can say that she deserves a pay raised because she is considerate to everyone. There was a woman that had an emergency and she was considerate to her as well. She is very understanding g and very polite. Thank you Jennifer.

I placed an order on 12/30/2018 for blind installation. The person marked my order down for Inside Mount when i specifically requested outside mount. The measurement crew came to my house approximately 2 weeks later, and came with inside mount. I told him I did not order it and he asked me to call Home Depot to sort it out. I called them immediately and they told me it would be resolved. It has now been 4+ months with NO blind installation and NO communication. I went in store to see what was happening, and the computer showed multiple entries stating "PLEASE FOLLOW UP". No one ever followed up. I asked to speak with a manager and was told my order was "accidentally deleted". I will never step foot in a Home Depot AGAIN.
