1) Worker David is very rude and and shall work on his customer service 2) Lin Sylvia and Michael are very sweet and super helpful 3) Employees should water plants in the garden area they look a little dead.

This was a horrifying experience. There was no control on how many people were let into the store. There were hordes of people, let in free flow. The employees paid no attention to the distancing, walking around in pairs, right next to each other and right up next to the customers. The aisles were crowded with displays of useless garbage. Come on Home Depot, it's bad enough in normal times that your aisles are blocked with displays of nonsense. We are in the middle of a pandemic. If boxes of off-brand bug cleaner and torpedo levels won't fit on the shelves, they don't need to be sold. People don't need to die because your aisles are blocked with displays of gloves and tape measures. There were places barely one person could fiit and there were so mama people in the store, aisles had 3 or 4 people trying to get through tiny spacess

a few years back my feelings would not be the same as now. in fact, i’M actually taking time to write a review. A++ on Personalized Shopping/ cleanliness and the total function of the store as a whole. whatever management changes that occurred in the last year or so has made an overall impression as deserves recognition. a team so well put together... i give my best regards and quite a bit of money here! thank you.

We had a good visit this trip and it was topped off by an extremely friendly and efficient sales Clerk in the Garden Section - Karen.

This location has always been on point with everything I’ve needed from there since the beginning. I remember when the land it was on was used for carnivals. I’m glad they’re still around.

The store could use more people on the floor to help people find merchandise. Other than that your employees are very friendly and helpful.

It’s hard to find a salesperson in the departments. The cashier Donna was helpful. She opened a lane once she saw the line was long with a friendly attitude.

This is a beautiful, clean and huge Home Depot. Very polite and helpful employees. I have shopped there 6 times since moving to Hercules in November 2019.

I have always received excellent customer service at this Home Depot. Today, for instance, your employees Mark and Michael went out of their way to help me take apart my garage door remote, found new batteries for it, put the new batteries back in it, and screwed my remote back together! Talk about customer service! Your employees ROCKED IT for me tonight! This grandma is super happy! THANK U!
