I am remodeling a rental home and have made several trips to this store, as well as my contractor. We have always received the most attention from staff. Never have to 'hunt' staff down (like in so many other Home Depot stores in the Bay Area.) This store's staff walks up to ask if one needs help. And they know their stuff! So refreshing. John from Flooring/blinds was especially fun to work with and competent.

I went to this store after another HD store didn't have what I needed. The first store called this store and provided info on the product needed. WHen I got to this store, I didn't really shop much but went to pickup what I needed near the desk at flooring. I didn't really pay attention much to the store, just dashed in, found my items, went to the register and was very well treated there. (The customer service desk took my return and rang up my purchase. The product rang up at nearly double the price noted online and noted also at the first store. I showed them the pic from the first store and they automatically honored the lower (correct) price.). Huge kudos to Anico in flooring and Mo and her manager in Customer Service. The manager in CS was amazing and spared all of us the unhappy haggling experience that could have ensued. This experience was definitely 5 star!!!

I bought a door and Kitchen hood that was very easy to find and notice that the store was very clean and organized because I could find that what I need very easy and. Also, I have help from a nice and polite associate. And the cashier was very friendly. I love to shop at this store.

After going to the El Cerrito location to look for a Dewalt 3/8 in. Rachet, I was left empty-handed because of the inaccurate product availability on the app. Upon arriving at the Hercules location, I also did not find the product. As I was looking for it, Marco approaches me and asks if I need help. After looking on the top shelves for over 5 minutes, he couldn't find it and even searched in the back. After returning empty-handed he suggested I check Vallejo, but still double checked the top shelves again. Upon second look, he found the last rachet hidden behind other products. Marco's attention to detail was outstanding and he definitely deserves a promotion. After working in construction for over 3 years, Marco has been the most helpful Home Depot associate I've ever encountered.

I buy all the materials that I need for my work ( operation /maintenance ) and I always find the help I need to locate the products. The majority of the employees are very knowledgeable of the products they sell which make a big difference when you compare the experience with other stores.

This store is always neatly organized and has super helpful employees

this shop experience was great James and Cezar supervisor very helpful both of them did a outstanding job I was looking for several power tool very kind they are the best on the business I I've multiple home Depot but like this one, these two guy went above and beyond my expectations great customer Service we need more like them I was at pro desk and Cezar was vey helpful

I visit this store pretty often and always leave satisfied.

Please use this location for a variety of gardening selections. Location is pretty organized.

Rarely do I have an opportunity to provide feedback regarding my sales experience. However, Donna was a great sells cashier. She provided me with excellent customer service by meeting all of my meat needs and beyond. She was extremely helpful And ensure that I had all the items that I needed for my purchase.

Went in today and was able to get help finding the right product for my project at the right price. Friendly, helpful people always get my business.

zehra and michael were the two workers who helped me with my shopping and answered all my questions. they were both really sweet and a joy to work with. i felt like i won the lottery, working with them on what i needed for my home. thank you!

I've been in this area for 15 years. I'm handy so I always visit any local homedepot near where ever I maybe out and about. My experiences really doesn't defer from any of the other stores, staff is always happy to help me find my projects finishing touches with a smile, Thank you.

I bought four major appliances and five security cameras from this store in the last several months, as well as plants, tools, gardening supplies and wood. Staff are great to work with and knowelgable about the products we are purchasing.

Cashier name is very unfriendly and talking with very bad attitude .when she saw me , she said bad words and goes back to her break room direction After I complain her with the manager ( manager name Jason is also not friendly) .

I would not recommend any special orders, The employees don't seem good word ethic.

I approached the customer service desk, there were three associates watching videos, none of them offered to help. Then another associate come from another area and asked who was next in line. When the person ahead of me stated they were being helped, they came to me. The individual then proceeded to give me a 30 second lecture on where to stand in line to get help. They told me I needed to stand on the other side of the counter because that is where the line starts. There was no signage at the counter indicating where the line started. I naturally got behind a person I saw standing in line. I don't come to Home Depot to get lectured on where to stand in line. I did not appreciate the store associate's reprimand to me.

I purchased a bird feeder holder (Shepard’s hook) for our backyard. Both of my kids recently made bird feeders and we wanted to display them. Although the store showed in stock, they were no where to be found. Kerah, Jaime, and keiji went above and beyond to locate the product! Best in class customer service!

After no one could help at the customer service desk, Juan Carlos at the Pro Desk was Amazing, and handled the challenge quickly and efficiently.

Hercules is my Favorite location in the Bay Area.

Everything was clean and neat. Super organized and well placed.

We worked with John Boykin who designed cabinets for our kitchen remodel. We couldn't be more pleased with the work he did on our project. He has a deep knowledge of the products that he sells and worked tirelessly to come up with creative solutions to give us exactly what we were looking for. I highly recommend John to anyone looking to design a project - he is a true professional!

The Home Depot Appliance Specialist Chris was very helpful and patient, looked up multiple models and features of washing machines at our request. Excellent job, outstanding service, would definitely recommend to others.
