I needed to return something and this was the closest store to where I would be at. There was a big meeting going on in the area where the returns were so the employee did come around to get me and take me to the customer service area to do my return that was easy and no issues. I noticed how pretty the flowers looked in the garden Area outside so I went inside to look around the inside garden area. It didn’t have much of anything except bigger bushes and plants so I did go outside and I found a couple of things. When I went back into the garden area to check out, there was a cashier helping another lady and I seen another employee go to the other side into the little guard house by the register I wasn’t sure if she was open or not so I stood back and waited never did she call me over or anything. Finally, I asked her if she was open to which she loudly and rudely yelled out YESSSSSSSS! So I walked up and put my items down. She rang them and never spoke to me toss the receipt at me never said a word never said, thank you nothing. It was not busy so I hate to see what happens when it’s busy there not a welcome experience so I don’t think I will be back to that store. It’s not what I expect from Home Depot. Generally, their employees are very helpful and very nice. While I was walking around the whole place, did anybody even come up to me or asked me if I needed something or if I needed help finding something

Went in blind but came out a happy and satisfied customer

I just brought this tool earlier this week, I’ve been looking on line and reading reviews, I wasn’t too happy about the information I found. I needed some concrete foundation. Homedepot was a good choice, I’m satisfied with my Warranty, If I have any problems I know I can contact them very easy, I feel great and happy about my new tool, can’t wait to use it.

Plenty of product that I needed for my home project.

I always love shipping at the store

Kept being told I would receive help in the tile area and no one ever showed up!!!!!! Two people told me to wait 30 minutes later and still no customer service

We choose a carpet for our home

Everything was screwed up from the start, picked out flooring went to register to pay for estimator and couldn't do it because it was coded wrong. Finally got estimator out, and he was wrong on alot of his materials. Took forever to get my product delivered, finally got the delivery and they wouldn't carry the extremely heavy items up my stairs so I had to do it. Took a month and a half to finally get the installers out, he didn't speak English so if I had any problems I couldn't communicate them, and then flooring installation company calls and they charge me even more for the install. This whole experience was awful. I will be never use Home Depot installation again and will tell others not to.

Great customer service and the store had everything i needed

Please, if you are going to the Hammond store # 2036 and need any help in appliances or window treatment and flooring, do yourself a favor and find one or both of these 2 great ladies who were so very helpful to myself and husband, we want everyone to experience their great energy and flawless customer service.

We been buying material for a shed and I can say the customer is very happy a pleased with his purchase.

This location is close to my home and every time I have shopped there I have found all employees to be very pleasant and helpful.

Dixie is a very personable salesperson at the Hammond Home Depot store. I would definitely recommend speaking to her if you a making a major appliance purchase.

If you’re looking for power tools and need help see Vida . This employee knows her stuff and great customer service. Very easy to work with. She is the only employee I like to deal with when I shop there .

Bought a toilet on 08/01/23 and a gentleman helped me with it off the shelf and another gentleman helped me put it in my car! I am grateful for all that you do thanks a million!
