We always visit their Home Depot and the experience is always great! Rebecca is one of our favorite team members. We’ve been coming here for years and she knows the entire family, including our dog. Everyone is always so helpful. Thanks for making our shopping experience always easy.

The Remarkable Customer Service I rec'd from Andy & Charles in Gardening was exceptional. They went out of their way to help me and made me feel like my needs and time were important.

I visited this store location twice in the same week and each time, Mr. Charles Style and the two others that assisted him were quite knowledgeable. The two others were (Jade & Miguel) at the Customer Service Desk

Was able to get enough stepping stones to finish a project. Store was helpful in allowing me to purchase damage steps at a discount. Also got dirt, plants, plumbing supplies and oil for my power tools. Was able to complete my shopping list in one stop.

Helpful people on the floor has a kept me from making double trips by picking up the wrong product. So I just keep coming back. When I go to my bank once a month and get gas I shop at the home Depot flowery Branch.

I ordered some lumber products for pickup and the team here saw there was some issue with the items. Before I even saw the problems, Charles and his crew took initiative to ensure that everything was well up to standard, took extra care to let me know what was going on, and more than made up for any additional time it took to make corrections. Special shout out to Charles, Vanessa, and Corey for the STELLAR treatment I received. Thanks for making my day!

I was that person that came in 30min before store closing, not something I like to do but I needed material for early morning workers. Aka "My kids.. lol" I was prepared for the looks and attitude of employees that was ready to close and go home. Pleasantly surprised when I walked in the door, I was greeted and ask more than once if I needed help to find anything. I went through the self checkout but the lady came to help me take out the stuff in my cart while having a great conversation about all the different dogs that come in and how she likes to get pictures of them.FYI " I had my dog with me in the cart" I also needed bags of mulch but now it was less than 10 minutes before closing so I was ready to load them myself but cashier hit up on the radio and let them know I was coming around to pick up. I pull around and was greeted by a guy named Marc, he loaded all the bags for me. It was awesome that he loaded them but seeing someone who actually cares about their job and having a great personality and actually showing what true customers service is. Good job Home Depot employees especially Marc . True meaning of customers service.

We are in the process of moving and I needed some supplies and Bobby J knocked it out of the park for me. Helping me get supplies and taking me to the different locations of other things that I needed while I was there. He was very kind and sweet and so helpful. I would recommend this location and this person to anyone.

Perfect service in all departments

Everyone was incredibly helpful!! Hannah helped me locate the item that I needed. As I was walking to check out, a young man saw how much I had in my hands and asked me if he could get a cart for me (I wish I had gotten his name). Dora helped me find scans etc at check out. I can't emphasize enough how friendly and helpful people were -- and, genuine in their desire to help. It really made my day!

Came in uncertain about what I wanted or needed and left completely satisfied and ready to proceed to next steps! All this due to very helpful employees ready to serve!
