The employees at this store have always gone above and beyond for me anytime I have visited. Yesterday associate Paul not only opened my garage door opener for me, which I couldn’t figure out how to do, he went and got the battery and changed it for me. This was a big stress reliever for me. I don’t know of another store that I have shopped at that has this type of customer service!

The service I received from John at the tool rental section was phenomenal! He literally provided best advise on which tools to use for my specific job, to the T. And he walked me to the different isles where he pointed out which cleaners were better and made awesome recommendation, this felt like a Boutique Style Home Depot service!! WOW, John is certainly keen on client satisfaction, highly praise him!

The paint desk, lumber department and Linda at check out were very pleasant. Folks here are generally very welcoming.

Everyone in the store sincerely wanted to help me and it showed. I went in for Disposable bags for my Shop Vacuum ; There was only one left and it was opened. The Cashier (Linda) gave me half off on the item. I really appreciated that !

Whenever I need something or have an issue James, the assistant manager, at the Hamilton Mill, GA location does everything in his power to fix it.

THIS WAS AN ONLINE ORDER. Poor communication once my order was placed. I was getting calls and emails from everyone at HD before I placed the order, but once my order was placed and paid I had to reach out for any kind of follow up and to communication. They missed promised delivery dates and never communicated with me. Once an attempted delivery was made, the door was not the right size, the workmanship and quality of the door was shoddy and it was a two man job! The vendor suggested that my husband should help with that... anyway horrible experience. Totally unacceptable and disappointing.

Their knowledge has saved me from countless headaches. The staff remember the projects and ask for status updates. It’s flattering. It’s the entirety of the staff that truly makes a difference. It’s been a while since I had a good review for Home Depot. I’m leaving this since an employee by the name of Cliff helped provided true customer service and helped me with purchasing tools. I only hope others learn what he understands.
