Great service when we were there recently. We were buying appliances and Sharon H was very helpful and professional. I love this store. Everyone so friendly.

Store is always neat and I get acknowledged by everyone I walk by.

Valencia at the checkout was very nice and even though I did not require any other assistance with my shopping. She made the experience very pleasant.

Sharon Humphrey helped us pick out a counter depth fridge. She is very knowledgeable about the refrigerators and wanted to make sure we were definitely taken care of. Thanks to her we were able to find exactly what we needed. She even stayed late to make sure that we were taken care of. She deserves to be recognized for outstanding customer service. Love this store & location.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THE STORE JUST NOT THE IMPERSONAL PEOPLE IN ATLANTA AT HOME OFFICE, OR WHOEVER THEY USE TO APPROVE PERSONAL CHECKS. IT WAS AN ORDER SO THEY COULD HAVE HAD THE MONEY IN THE BANK BEFORE IT WAS DELIVERED BUT THEY WANTED MORE NOT HAPPY AND VERY INSULTED. THE EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM KRISTA AND ROSA IN PRO SALES WAS OUTSTANDING. WHEN CHECKING OUT WITH A LARGER THAN NORMAL TRANSACTION AND USING A PERSONAL CHECK THE HOME DEPOT HOME OFFICE IN ATLANTA WAS THE MOST INCONSIDERATE AND INTERROGATING EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN A LONG TIME. MY ADVICE TO ANYONE PURCHASING OVER $10K IS TO BRING CASH OR HAVE A HUGE LIMIT ON YOUR DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD. THEY WOULD PROBABLY NOT TAKE A CASHIERS CHECK EITHER.

Every time I come to this Home Depot they receive me with a hello, how are you?, welcome back! and nice to see you again. They even know my name. I have also met a few of the employees like Rosa, Mrs Kathy, Mr. John and Crystal. And I just want to say it’s always nice to come in and there’s people smiling at you making your day a little bit easier with the help they always provide. Let me just say the pro desk always goes above and beyond if they don’t have something in stock at the store they’re always willing to order it for me and call me when it has arrived.

Our experience at Home Depot in Greensboro, GA was outstanding do to the excellent customer service by your salesperson, Andy Little. He had a significant fund of knowledge in every one of the appliances that we were interested in buying. He also took extra time to work out the best possible deal to fit into our budget. He is far and away the best salesperson I have ever had in any Home Depot in which I have shopped. It is service like this that makes shoppers come back again next time.

Rosa at the Pro Desk always has a smile on her face and is always willing to help in whatever we need.

This Home Depot has got some really good people to help you find what you need. The selection of products and service given by the employees are great. Some of their "nearby competition" will ask if you need help, then "point you" in the right direction. This Home Depot has associates that will walk you there and then call to make sure someone will be there to help you. They assisted us in making a selection that both fit our budget and needs. To top it off, they were very personable and fun to deal with.....great attitudes. We'll be back.

USUALLY GREAT. THE MAN IN PLUMBING ON 8.16.17 WAS HELPFUL AND KNEW HIS STUFF SO I COULD CARRY ON AN INTELLIGENT CONVERSATION AND GET EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED. ALSO A MAN NAMED JOHN IN LUMBER AND OTHER PARTS OF THE STORE IS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. I DONT WALK SO GOOD AND CANNOT SEE A SCREEN VERY WELL WITHOUT MY GLASSES. SOMEONE MIGHT HAVE HELPED ME CHECK OUT WHEN I HAD STUFF IN MY HANDS AND THEN HAD TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO SCAN AND PUSH BUTTONS ON TWO SCREENS. IT TOOK A WHILE BUT BUT APPARENTLY DID IT RIGHT- WHO KNOWS? I SAW CLERKS STANDING AROUND BUT THEY WERE TALKING SO I DIDNT BOTHER THEM

We had several questions that we needed answered and the first employee that we encountered was very helpful and then directed us to the next area where we received the same courteous service. I would highly recommend the store to others!
