Went to the store and ordered carpeting from one of their employees out of their system. Took time off from work on Monday for them to come measure. Got a call to schedule installation on Tuesday. All fine. On Wednesday the store calls and says the carpet we bought out of their system is no longer made and would we like a refund. Really - why did you sell it to us if it is no longer made, why did you have me take time off from work to measure something you can't provide, why when you called me to tell me you can not provide what you sold is your only response -would I like a refund - not we are sorry this has happened would you like a discount to try and use us again, not an explanation for why or how they sold something that they can not deliver, not sorry for taking time off from work - nothing. The worst customer experience/waste of time.

The store is always clean and has most all the items that I look for.

So far, every employee at this store is very friendly and helpful.

In almost every department at this store there is an employee there to offer assistance or answer questions to help you find the correct product for what you are doing. If you do not need help then they go to the next person.

Daniela went beyond the call of duty.she researched and found the extreme packaging tape 051135808085. It was up high on another shelf. I was so happy to purchase 5 more dispensers. She sold me wardrobe boxes and was delightful and helpful. Thank you. Homedepot!

The store was pack,but the product was easy to find

Greensboro Home Depot has great, helpful, nice, and cheerful employees even on the busiest craziest day (Black Friday) and even when corporate computers weren't working. Amazing! Thank you for making a frustrating day very pleasant! We appreciate you! Amber, you rock!

been living in Greensboro over 4 years. The store has been one of the friendliest stores I have shopped in and is the best Home Depot I have patronized. The employees are familar with the store layout and can escort you to the product. Great selection, great price, clean and safe environment. Not cluttered

I live an hour away but I come here anyway even though there are closer stores because it’s always clean and they have a better selection

This is true, the store was clean and there were a good selection of paints to choose from,also I had great help at the paint station, and awesome customer service at check out.

I want to highlight three employees that have made the shopping experience in this location to be very good and personable - Donnie Lightfoot (always happy to help and does a great job), Lexi (the same as Donne), and India. They are true professionals, they smile, and help out even if it's not their own area of the store to work in. We had our most recent (10/17/20) delightful experience with India. She was kind, patient, pleasant, and professional. We've had negative experiences in that it's hard to find someone to assist. We've also had a bad experience with the assistant store manager who was not very professional and smiled in the midst of being patronizingly rude. It seems as if some people hide-out, but if Donnie and Lexi are there, we can count on them to do their best. I look forward to seeing others follow their lead.

Customer service is great. Most of the stock is available. Store is mostly clean and neat. Always had good luck with the products sold.

Over all, my experience at HD was good. There were no decorative houseplant pots available and the collards, herbs, etc, had not been watered in days. They were dried up and I didn’t buy any for that reason. The associates were very helpful and led me directly to what I needed.

great shopping experience

Had a really satisfying experience at this store recently. I’ve only lived here for a few months so I haven’t utilized this store for very long. But I went in with a problem to a fairly expensive product I’d purchased in the last 6 months. Kimberly happily solved it with a new replacement product which I wasn’t expecting. I’ve had a career in sales so I can say she knows what it takes to go above and beyond to ensure a customers satisfaction and then some.

Amber made this military family's experience today the best HD experience every. For the first time in 16+ years we have a forever home and needed paint for my daughter who leaves for college in the fall. She has never had her own room to paint so this was a special moment for us even though she is leaving in a couple of months. Amber was super patience and knowledgeable. She will never know how much it meant to have her careful help and loving patient personality helping us on on this special day. Thank you Amber for making this Marine wife's day!
