No sales person has ever assisted me the way Tommy did. There were six tools inventoried at the store. Tommy looked high and low to locate them. He said I think I know where they might be. The loading area. Rather than tell me to come back after they were unpacked he enlisted Tammy to move the pallets. I walked out of the store with a broad smile on my face. He's really an exceptional person! He went way beyond the call of duty!

Monica Ginn did an outstanding job in helping me to find 2 totally different products that I needed. This included going online to find what I needed and have it shipped to my home. She is knowledgeable, friendly, professional and helpful.

Bry and Regina were a great help during my visit! Very knowledgeable and friendly. I also purchased a lot of products for a great deal .

We had a ton of gift cards to 'ring up' and Felisa was beyond patient and kind throughout the process.

I purchased a new dryer today and had an excellent experience. However, as I was leaving the store my phone rang. I answered it and it was ‘Lindy’ from Home Depot. He said he thought he knew me and I said ‘I know you’! He has helped me a few other times. He found a large check on the floor and took the time to look up online. I must have dropped it getting my wallet out to pay for the dryer. He went above and beyond to find my contact information and return my check. That is exceptional customer service in my book! If you need an appliance, go see Lindy at Home Depot and he will take care of you.

We bought our countertop, flooring and backsplash here. We are so glad that we did. The products are high class.

As soon as I walked in with a list I was asked if I needed help. Wyndie helped me get everything on my delivery list ordered and set up for delivery, then directed me to the things I could carry with me.

I came in close to closing time and was in the market for a product that required assistance and the employees that assisted were very nice, knowledgeable and expeditiously worked to get me in and out.

I enjoy shopping at the Home Depot #8584 in Greensboro, GA. The store is clean, the employees are always courteous, and knowledgeable. This store has a large inventory, and they always have what I am shopping for. I will always go there first to buy what I need, or want.

I love going into this home depot. I especially love seeing Wyndie and Mark from plumbing. They are both so helpful!

Then again, it's one of two and the other one is absurdly overpriced. The store is clean and well stocked. Most of the employees are helpful when you can find them. The flooring and appliance department needs better trained and more capable employees. Too often they give contradictory information on prices. Simply put we have had some real issues dealing with that department. Basically, it's an average store.

Pleamon took his time to assist me in my project. He was knowledgeable in electrical and plumbing. I will definitely return to the Greensboro Home Depot. I was very clean and stocked.

Being told to use my phone to register for a Veteran discount was like telling this aging body to do a backflip. Brittany, at self check out, immediately stepped up with "I can help you do that."

The customer service reps in this store are phenomenally helpful, courteous, and patient. Michelle at the customer service desk is the best!! When we had trouble with an order she completely resolved the issue and was friendly through it all.

The employees in the appliance department rock. We shopped the Black Friday deals and all of the employees working at that time were very knowledgeable about the products and their availability. Sharon was especially helpful in taking the stress out of shopping.
