Very helpful staff

I stopped in to purchase a toilet and had a pricing problem. Jason the manager stepped up and took care of the issue. I am very please and yes this store provided great customer service from the time I came in to the time I left.

Everyone is so helpful and kind. I regularly go to this location to pick things up for my husband who is a General Contractor. I am not, so image someone who is blind to the world of construction entering into a Home Depot, I think I have only manager to figure out the paint section and only because there is always someone there to help me. Find most other things is a maze with cryptic sign that usually end in the lighting department from some reason. I can always count on someone to point me to the correct shelf and item.

Sick and tired of this new trend of putting product in the isles. You can't even walk down the isles with a cart.

I waited a very long time in line at the returns desk because the only employee at the desk was on her first day and had not been trained to help customers at the return desk. Then I walked around in the lighting department for a very long time because there was no one working at that department. Last week, I looked for help in building supplies. When a male employee finally showed up, he offered help to a male customer who was leaving the department. I waved, smiled, caught his eye, but he turned and walked away. When I caught up, I asked why he ignored me, he said he was too busy and was closing that aisle. I do have some good to say: Laurie, a head cashier, went out of her way to help me recover a lost item. She is a gem and I appreciate that HD has made at least one good hire. My positive interaction with Laurie was on 11/5 at around noon. HD should buy her lunch.

This was my first experience at this Home Depot in Golden. I had limited time, so I popped in before an scheduled appointment looking for outdoor floor mats after having searched unsuccessfully online the day before. The store is well lit and welcoming. The layout of the store is great and the personnel are the terrific. Everyone I asked for help ( FIVE of them) was kind courteous helpful and friendly! I am so impressed with this first visit that I plan to return soon to browse and check out the entire store!m Kudos to the store manager and to the his great staff! It is definitely on my shopping list destination now!

Every employee at The Home Depot # 1522 that I have ever had contact with has been pleasant, informative, and helpful. I look forward to going to this store every time I go there.

This store has helpful, friendly clerks and the manager always makes sure that things are made right if there is a problem. This is my go-to store!

If there has ever been a time that I needed to locate an item, I have found that this store has associates that are more than willing to help. This store is above most in Customer Service that is friendly, helpful and courteous. The store is clean and well stocked and I often just enjoy "window shopping" to see all that is available to enhance one's home.

Supervisors and upper management need to be trained on what customer service means.
