Contessa is exceptional every time I visit this store!

We shop the electrical department. All the guys that work in that department are great. They really try and keep the shelves stocked. The Pro Department is great. The return desk is good when you are met with a friendly happy person.

I have shopped at this store on and off for some years and its hit and miss if you will get any help, usually employees stand around and talk to each other and ignore customers. So before you go in make sure you have a good idea where things are at, and if not your better off asking a fellow customer where things are.

The two older women in the paint department we so rude, i needed semi gloss black exterior and when i took the can up to them and asked to mix it black i was told " That is the wrong can! I will get the right one." what i took up there was semi gloss Exterior white base to be mixed black. so I guess i was wrong, when i got back up there to pick up the paint it was interior paint she mixed. I told them I wanted exterior and and they just looked at me and shook their heads so i left it there. They need to taken off the floor so they don't need to be around customers or retrained or fired.

This is the best Home Depot in the area. I drive out of my way to go to this one. George rocks.

I went in today to get a pair of noise cancelling headphones, I saw George and asked him, and he looked up the item for me and took me to it. He was great! Very friendly!

Behr's oil-latex stain was purchased to finish a deck project. Differences between older and newer redwood stain tints are difficult to match and this one very satisfactorily matched the previous finish. A sealant was used to extend waterproof longevity to the project.

Nothing to complain about the store. I did order and pay for a Maytag dishwasher that was promised for delivery the same week as bought back in March. I have yet to receive it now with delivery date pushed back a month ever since...now hoping for August delivery.

Just wanted to thank Carter at the check out & Damien (I think?) over in yard & lawn tools & machines. I think his name was Damien - brown hair, ponytail, & glasses - (sorry I wish I was better with names!) was just awesome when I was trying to decide between the various brands of weed trimmer. He helped me with the different functions to compare them & he reminded me about getting an additional spool of plastic cord for a replacement when the one that came with the machine I ended up choosing wore out. Saved me another frustrated trip to just get one thing later on when I run out. These guys were great, knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. Many thanks from me to them!! I filled out the main receipt survey, but forgot to include their names on the part about special assistance from staff! Bummed that I missed that opportunity to give a shout out, so I thought I could at least send my many many thanks here. :) All the best, Deb

Sometimes people don't really know what they do, or what you're going through, yet they reach out and touch you in ways that even they aren't aware of. Wendy, at the front register of home depot on Colfax, in golden, was a gem. She helped me to find what I was looking for, quickly, go and get it, and get out the door. Making what was already a super frustrating day just a little bit calmer. Just what I needed to take a deep breath and and feel like I was accomplishing something.. I'm super grateful for insight, genuity, and care, and I saw all those things in Wendy when I visited The Home Depot . Thank you for making my day just a little bit lighter.

35 minutes compared to my average visit, because I knew what I was purchasing. Great customer service, friendly employees, and seems like they’re all on the same page!!

Chuck, harmony, Scott, michel and bells were the best employees I’ve ever met at a Home Depot Scott seems like he’s got a lot of potential in this world and the rest did their due diligence to make my shopping experience wonderful

Stay away from the flooring department, absolute disaster! Terrible customer service, worked through the entire process (including payment in full) to find out that the contractor wouldn't install the flooring and now waiting for 6 weeks to get a check in the mail for a refund!

Ken in lumber was great! He was willing to stop And help me even though he was busy with another task, He was patient with me while I took forever to make a decision, and has a People skills were amazing! I hope everyone has a chance to experience has excellent customer service!

In the last few weeks I've been to the Golden, CO store several times. Each time I've had very positive interactions with the associates. The All-Stars I've come in contact with recently were Harmony, Devin, Carter H., and Maddie. Each one of these nice young people have been exceedingly helpful and cordial. Additionally, like a dumb-@$$, I left my wallet behind during one visit. Fortunately for me, an honest person found it and turned it in and everything was intact. I'll keep coming back to this store.

We shop at the Golden Home Depot frequently. I have always found the staff on the floor to be very helpful and the cashiers very pleasant and helpful.

Amber the cashier from the Golden Colorado store was great! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She is a great member of their team and should definitely be recognized!
